I would not even rate them with 1 star. They don't get back to even after leaving 4 different messages with their colleagues. I'm not wasting my time but they could be missing out on a potential buyer, this is an injustice to the vendors who are trusting them to get the best offer.

Perhaps the whole company isn't crap, but the realtor (Ryan Petticrew) AND the broker (J.D. Pierce) we dealt with were awful. This is what they did to my 78 year old widowed mother: They were dishonest and condescending. They both defended a seller that deliberately failed to disclose an ancient faulty patio roof. Isn't this what a legally binding disclosure report is for??It POURED onto all our stuff, only 3 days after we moved in!!! The broker even admitted to me over a phone call that it did look like the seller had most likely lied, but he still stood behind him. He asked if I could prove the roof previously leaked. I said that a licenced contractor inspected it, took photos, video, and pointed out years of stains from leaking. JD Pierce told me to "calm down" because this expert testimony would mean nothing in court! He asked me to "please drop it because his reputation and that of his realtor and company would be hurt." You would think he'd have realized that the best thing for a good reputation is to BE HONEST AND JUST. Stand behind truth and not a lying seller.
The seller's realtor, Ryan Petticrew, was just as bad. He continuously ignored me, doing NOTHING to help resolve this issue.
The seller got his $ and moved to a different state. The realtor & broker got their cuts and basically said f-u to my 78 year old mother.
Beware of these 2 'men' and I use this term very lightly...no offence to other real men.

The local agent was very unhelpful in coventry and did not even get back to me When i requested a viewing on a property. Very disorganised and unhelpful

We have used Matt Peedin many times and I must say he is a diamond in the rough. Always has a smile on his face, always willing to take the time to show as many houses as it takes, and is always willing to stop by Dunkin’ Donuts to make his clients happy. Matt Knows the inns and outs of many areas and I would be the best realtor you could imagine.

Communication was horrible –after 2 weeks with 3 showing, I would receive text requesting a showing “they are outside – can we do a showing?” ZERO time to prepare - after that, I made it very clear that I will need a 1hr in advance as courtesy as they took it as being difficult.

Again - I get a text at 4:35 requesting a showing at 5pm and I advised that I needed 1hr to tidy things up – so the earliest is 5:30. As the buyer’s agent left, I was told that my house was very beautiful and that the description did not do it justice. So I began to read the description, it seemed that NO effort was really made.

The property description was horrible / the description was COPIED and PASTED

After reading the description, I advised that the description was a RUN ON sentence – I requested that the description needs to be redone – we need to focus on the custom shutters, high-end Kitchen Aid appliances, master bedroom balcony with amazing mountain views. (I don’t think looking at your lot sounds appealing) –

AND INSTANTLY, I get a text that she sent me a email – I checked my email and received a CANCELLATION - what, am I not allowed to give feedback? All I did was ask to change the description… so I searched the internet and found a recent listing of this realtor and it was almost word for word, COPY AND PASTE does not work in real-state – not ever every home is the same. But the odd thing is, that this realtor has a listing for $357k and it looks like she spent some time describing that house??? Hmm is it because the commission is higher? . At the end of the day – DON'T EXPECT EXCELLENCE FROM KELLER WILLIAMS BILTMORE - THEY WILL CANCEL ON YOU IN A SNAP OF A FINGER – very unprofessional - STAY AWAY

Keller Williams property management in Cincinnati, OH is not a company I would recommend. The staff is highly unprofessional, they were late to several appointments. The homes that they did show me were in no manner ready to be shown, even those listed as ready to move in. I thought going through a reputable company like KW might increase the experience but it was far from it.

On October 17, 2019. Mr. Jason Pelt sold a house to my husband & I. Mr. Pelt has such an enthusiastic exciting personality, very eager to please others Mr. Pelt is professional, also showed that he is down to earth, he works extremely hard. He wants to put people in the right home. He is beyond passionate about his work, that naturally came out. He loves what he is doing it shows. He is also an excellent hard worker, trust me I know. My husband was far from being easy on him. God love Mr. Pelt's heart. I would HIGHLY recommend if anyone is looking to buy a home in Pensacola that Mr. Jason Plet is the one to go to. I can honestly say though that Mr. Pelt just didnt sale the right home to my husband & I, he also made to friends out of it as well. Thank You Jason!

I cannot complain but I have to say that I had a okay experience with this firm in particular. I felt as though the agent could have been more informative as far as what was going on with the sale of the property of my own. I felt as though the agent blew away a lot of potential clients or rather I say prospects that it could have been a good candidate in my situation. I move forward with another firm but I feel as though you all usually stand for something better.

Keller Williams letting agents in London are prepared to discriminate against would-be tenants on the grounds of race,
These individuals know what they're doing and know what they're doing is wrong.
It's absolutely unlawful and in this case there was clear discrimination. Under the Equality Act 2010, it is illegal for
businesses to refuse to provide a service based on ethnicity. When I (foreign name) asked to view the
property, the agent told me: "We'll call you back" but they will never call you. Just after few minutes I asked my English
colleague to asked to view for the same property and got an appointment just after few minutes.

I listed a rental property with keller in atlanta and my agent that listed and sold property was working against me for the buyer and cost me 20,000 usd loss due to her taking a lower bid,i reieved two offers which could've been a bid war but she refused the high offer and took the lowest she refused to allow to consult my opinion in the sale and called me several time a week trying to get me to pay money for things she said was relate to the sale.she didn't work in my interests at all she wanted a quick sale so she could get her commission and move on, I wouldn't let keller sell an outhouse completely unethical

What happened is this?

I placed an advertisement on Zillow, Hotpads, Trulia and Craigslist because I was trying to find a Legitimate, Honest Tenant who can Pass A Background Check and has a Real Job, however, sadly, the only responses I was getting were from Unqualified Candidates who did Not Want To Do Background Checks or they were Drug Addicts, Alcoholics, Prostitutes or people with No Jobs and/or even No Money!

I just could Not believe the kinds of Garbage and Scum that I was getting from the responses just to find a Legitimate Tenant to Rent Out A Private Room for the Small Amount of $550.00 Dollars plus $550.00 Security Deposit which included All Utilities.

Anyway, through the Grace Of God, Shannon Shue came to My Rescue!

When she called me up on the phone back in December 2016 Just In Time Before I Took Off For My Argentina Trip and told me that she was from the Keller Williams Silicon Beach Real Estate Company, I was more than Impressed because I already knew that her company is a Five Star, Gold Winning Real Estate Company with an Excellent Track Record that only Represent and Employ The Best In Realtors.
