Our agent was young and clueless. He was late to most appointments and even stood us up.

Office should have a better policy in place of removing lock box after closing. Took 3 days, probably longer had I not called.

She has been wonderful through the whole process of trying to find and purchase a home in this unprecedented multiple (20+ per house) offer market. She was on top of everything. She not only found me a home, but is a dream home I never thought I would find. I highly recommend her and her associates in Olive Branch. Terribly unreliable and misleading.
I was interested to purchase a house through Lisa at KW. It’s been very hard to organise a viewing of the property, being told I will be called back 6 times but never was until 7 days later. I also asked twice for the legal pack as the property was to be sold on auction, but never got it. In fact, Lisa advised on the phone it was possible to get a mortgage on this property when it definitely wasn’t, and the legal pack would have highlighted this. Probably hence why it was never sent to me.
Finally I was ready to place a cash offer, organised a call with Lisa post viewing to discuss my offer, but she never attended the call nor sent excuses as to why she couldn’t make it.
If I was the vendor, I wouldn’t want to work with an agent who turns potential buyers down this badly.

Unprofessional and don't care about your time. They don't return phone calls, even when you have an appointment by phone scheduled at a specific time. Do business elsewhere.

I didn’t even want to put one star. My roommates and I have been renting a condo for a few years now through keller Williams and their customer service is absolute crap. They’re rude, cut you off, over charge you for every little thing! Every time I have to call (which I usually avoid doing but sometimes it is necessary) the lady is a total B!! I wish this review would get seen and they can improve their customer service but I highly doubt that’ll happen! If you can avoid anything keller William’s I WOULD!

As I am a disabled veteran buying a home for the first time ,Ms Ann Edwards was truly a godsend, not just as a professional real estate agent but as a human being she is kind compassionate understanding truly a asset in her profession. Ms Edwards professionalism put me at ease from the start. With many facets and the protocol needed, she made this life-changing event memorable and her knowledge in the field of real estate made the transition very stress-free!!. I am truly grateful to her. I had the privilege of working with Jonathan Pazcual-Hernandez. Even though it did not result in purchasing a home at this time through no fault of his, he showed professionalism and integrity and his time was truly appreciated. In the next few months when we are ready we fully intend to call on Jonathan’s services.

Was working with Ana Jimenez for a home and she was negligent scheduling appointments for showings on properties that were pending sale. She never communicated any changes just didn't show up and when you call her she lies and says someone is coming out and no one does. Then I called her back about an inspection and closing taking place on one of the properties she scheduled me and she hung up on me. This compaby seems really sketchy wspecially seeing all the other reviews

I had inquired about many properties in my search to buy a home. We relocated after putting in an offer on a home that ended up falling through. Our situation was bad. We were living in motels and although I obtained a good job our money was gone after 4 weeks living in motels. We had written a few offers but were outbid. Everytime I would send addresses to this realtor it was like delayed responses or she'd (REAOLA COY) take forever to get back to me or blow me off then house had 10 offers and we'd loose. Well I specifically asked about a property she said they won't take our financing. However the agent that I inquired about it to online reached out and within two days we were in escrow. REAOLA COY gets upset tells me how messed up it is and that she could have done the same thing for me and that clearly desperation got the best of me! Seriously I asked her about the property she never bothered to even call or do her job! The other agent even got us a rent back to get us out of the hotel!!! In two days we are fully in escrow and moving in on Sat to rent it until close of escrow. Horrible realtor!

Recently moved house and I cannot recommend Cheryl enough! Not only did she take us through the process step by step she even helped us fill in the paperwork!!

If you have a choise find a different company to work with!!! Victor did not communicate well at all. He made many mistakes.

dont be fooled by all the billboards she buys, KELLY SPAYD of Keller Williams Platinum in Wyomissing is the most incompetent realtor ever. Even though she has an assistant, Anne, working for her; this terrible twosome not only didnt get my home sold; they cost me the home I really wanted. this space is limited, so lets begin with the worst offense. They sent a photographer who never came inside to take pictures. I cleaned for 7 hours and the best this KELLER WILLIAMS photographer could do is drive by and take a picture of the front of my property. Then I was berated on the phone by Ms. Spayd, who SHAMED me for not having "20 showings per day" her exact words.... then, a day and a half later she sells the property to a known slumlord in my town and his unscrupulous realtor. clearly some sort of collusion was going on and I intend to get some sort of legal advice- as for now, I feel miserable every time i pass the property Kelly Spayd caused me to lose. KELLY SPAYD IS NOT FIT TO HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE.

Will find someone else if we decide to move. Don't want to go through same headache.
