Worked with Jenna Zlotnicki for a rental, was given a call back about my application and then accused of having a negative balance on my bank statement. Then badgered me to post proof that i have money in my account, which i DO. Over top of that i NEVER had a negative balance, apparently she needs her eyes checked. All of this- and i end up not even getting the rental. Huge waste of time.

I would totally give a -0 to this company and to the real estate agent that helped my good friends trying to buy there dream house. I must say that she did a terrible job and would reevaluate her ASAP. I would definitely not hire or recommend Christina Medina to help anyone who is trying to own there dream House, NEVER!

I would give a zero star if I could. Jack Mcelmuury with Keller Willams took my offer in writing and stalled me for a day while he continued to show property for seller and even asked If I wanted to change my offer after he showed the property to several potential buyers. I withdrew my offer based on ethics I am so sick of these get rich listing agents shopping homes under a certified offer. This BS needs to stop.

We bought a house in May 2020. We used Ricardo Simonelli. Horrible experience. We found out he was working with the seller behind our back because their realtor at Howard Hanna wasn’t responding. We had to actually tell him that was a conflict of interest. Then as we were working a deal he did not give the offer we asked him to. He just told us they didn’t accept the offer. That was a complete fabrication! Once we started the approval process he completely stopped responding to our calls and messages. He claimed he had a housewarming gift and never came by or called. I would never EVER recommend him. I believe because we are people of color he didn’t do right by us and that’s why we found out he was working with the sellers who were white. I repeat, I will NEVER recommend Ricardo Simonelli to anyone. Worst experience EVER! I won’t even have to put my name and I’m sure he will know exactly who I am due to his negligence. He will never get anywhere doing people how he does. If I could give no stars I would!

This review is for David Scalese of Barnegat NJ 08005. I found him insulting because he did not provide a CMA and assumed my property taxes weren’t paid and then tried to get me to sign a dual agency form the very moment he met me. Yes, my property taxes are paid and I have no liens against my property so I have no idea what prompted him to inquire. Perhaps because I look very young for my age? I really have no idea. However, I wouldn’t give him my business. I have worked with agents from Keller Williams before this both with selling my home and closing on a home and have had better experiences and I didn’t have to sign a dual agency form. David Scalese claimed that Keller Williams makes agents present this form for clients and that may be fine and all but if clients say no they mean no. I do not appreciate agents like David who do not work with transparency. After I told him I would not sign a dual agency form he kept pursuing the line of thought to get me to change my Mind! I am easy to work with but if disrespected, I do not appreciate how I was treated and I will be blunt about what happened!

Update: another realtor offered a CMA for my property and I discovered that David wanted to list my home 50k below market prices. No wonder David Scalese did not want to provide a CMA for me.

Keller Williams Realty company has one agent in North Carolina, Ballantine area, a female, very dishonest , she played with the seller and the buyer making false statements. She is bilingual but lie went she translated to the customer in Spanish. Altered documents with out permission.

One of the agents from this Keller Williams City View based in San Antonio was the listing agent for a home that we bought. She was unwilling to be transparent about the situation the owner was in and at the last minute for days before closing we found out he was in a divorce. The closing was delayed, she left the lock box on the house for a week, 5 days later had not given us our garage door opener remote and when she was supposed to deliver it to us, flippantly drove off saying she was going out of town for a week.
The company is Keller Williams Cityview
The name of the agent is Yen Yan.
She made the purchase of this home as complicated and miserable as possible.

Avoid if you can the agent Duncan Brown. He is rude, condencending and nasty bully. He calls pontential buyers nasty names and he is the most unproffesional agent I have ever dealt with, I feel sorry for the sellers who are selling their properties with him

Worst realty company! Pick another they are shady and not upfront or honest. An exclusive contract was snuck in on us..glad we caught it. So be careful and really read the paperwork!

I called Keller Williams today in Istanbul, because I wanted to avoid to be cheated in the typical Turkish real estate market way.
To think Keller Williams is more serious than any little cheap hustler in the Turkish basar was a big mistake.
The conversation with that employee of Keller Williams was so unserious, that I couldn´t believe it.
Of course she told me that the apartment that I wanted to rent was just rented the day before. Then she told me she has another apartment in the same house for 50% more money. Huhuhuh... what a cheap trick.
Than she collected my data and promised to send an expose. She never sent anything, so Keller Williams just wants to steal your data.
1 hour after that phone call, I wanted to check if the "already rented" apartment was still listed on the website. And guess what I discovered.... they didn´t delete the listing, they just changed the price of the apartment from 4.000 to 5.500 Lira.
What kind of company is that???????
In Germany we call that criminal, I don´t know how you call that in the U.S.A. .
Avoid contact with this people if you don´t want to lose your money, time and nerves. Ah, and I forgot, if you want to protect your data.
P.S.: Tomorrow I will make an appointment with that stupid woman that tried to cheat me, I ask her to show me the alternative apartment. I let her drive two hours through the traffic jams of Istanbul and stand her up.
And then I ask several friends to do the same thing during the following weeks. Let her work a little bit .....

Met Anna while looking for a rental to stay in Pensacola. I am writing this review because I thought she went above and beyond helping us out in every way she can. When she heard our story about trying to sell our house in California and relocating here, she contacted KW closest to our home, thus we dropped the other Realty company and used KW realty, all because of her. Since Aug. 2019 she patiently worked with us virtually, email, phone call keeping us updated with what was available for sale and for rent. With all her help, we have our rental while our house is being built.
Anna, we could never repay you but wish you nothing but success in what you do.

Don’t be fooled by this woman’s sweet demeanor and positive language. She is dishonest and CHEAP. Although I was the only one who could do what she asked for a reasonable price compared to others she has not paid for the services rendered that allowed her to sell her home.

Darcy contracted me to fix her deck as the buyers inspection noted some problems. I gave a detailed quote (estimation) and squeezed her in as she was trying to close her real estate deal. The real estate deal closed BEFORE we started work and Darcy paid the new owner only the amount quoted.

We did the work, sent the invoice, and Darcy was no where to be found. She wanted me to get the money out of the new owner. The new owner had not contracted us. Darcy has contracted us.

The materials came in higher than expected and the new owner only paid us the quoted amount. Darcy has done nothing but push back and argue and make excuses. Her unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for me and my family in sticking us with her materials cost dumbfounds me. I’m now going to have to file in small claims court as she refuses to pay the additional amount which is less than $600... in a nearly 7 figure real estate deal this is inconsequential. For my one man company it means the difference of paying my bills or not.

They keep trying to show our apartment with zero notice. The agent recently started unlocking my door before I’d finished getting dressed! What an awful company and invasion of privacy! He didn’t even knock!

It’s sad that I have to write this review on someone I had previously considered a friend, when they say don’t do business with friends and family they mean it! Everything started off fine, pictures were taken and my house was listed for a fair price. Right now, with everything going on in the world houses are being bought and sold very quickly, this meant my house only needed to be shown on three separate days, very little work went into selling my home. My problems with Elise Vetri began with the fact that I was looking for a house outside of RI in either MA or CT, I preferred CT and Elise asked me to wait until she had her CT license and she could do both. I agreed, that was my first mistake. I looked online at Zillow and Reator.com for houses on my own, Elise did not set me up with an MLS listing so that available houses would come to my e-mail automatically. Every time I wanted to see a house she made sure to tell me how much of a pain it was to have to go, when I offered to simply attend on my own she stated it was illegal to look at houses without a realtor-it isn’t. There were several houses I liked that I didn’t even go see because of this, the last straw for me was a house that I wanted to see that was only being shown for one day and offers needed to be in by 5 PM. Elise complained about how it was unfair that other realtors would only show for a day, she advised she quote “did not have time” and sent another agent she works with to see it with me. The house was in CT which I preferred and a good fit for what I was looking for, I told the agent I was with I wanted to put in a bid (I had already made several for other houses that were rejected). She said she would let Elise know as even though she was showing me the house Elise wanted to write it up, it was submitted at 4:55 PM on a 5 PM deadline. I sent Elise a very nice and professional e-mail that night advising that though I appreciated her selling my house I was going to have a separate agent to help find me a house to buy since time was of the essence. Several times Elise had tried to convince me to close on my house, move in with family and then start looking for a house. An absolutely ridiculous suggestion, why would I pay to have my things in storage-pay movers several times and then move myself and my dog in with family? Once I sent the e-mail, which Elise didn’t even bother to respond to (not a text, e-mail or phone call) she only contacted me when SHE needed something. I then contacted Diane White of CR Premier Properties who was the agent on the last house I had seen, it was like night and day. Diane attended to my every need, the very first house I looked at with her that I loved she helped me secure my lender and put in a bid. This was all done “after hours”. We saw the house at 5PM, put in a bid by 7PM and had a yes by 9:45 PM the same day and without going over the asking price. I then still had the stressful task of closing on both houses, Elise advised the appraiser for my house was coming at 1PM and I needed to be out so they could take pictures-they showed up at 11AM and advised it was fine if I stayed (a five-minute process). The Fire Marshall came (a $30 charge I paid for) and advised my smoke detectors were too old and he would need to come back-Elise said they would be fine. My sister who lives across the street from me and is also moving used Robert Slocum located in Warwick and he not only put in the smoke detectors for her but also gave her a check for the $30. It doesn’t end there, when I mentioned to Elise my concern about how do I have my stuff gone from my house before I could move to the new house-she’s MIA. I had to google it and found out I didn’t have to be at the closing for the house I was selling and could give my attorney a POA to sign for me, while signing the documents with him he asks me about the commission price and I find out Elise charged me more that agreed upon. Unbelievable. I hope the 10K she made on the sale of my home was worth it to her. I highly recommend Robert Slocum of Warwick if you are moving to/in RI and Diane White of CR Premier Properties if you are moving to/in CT.
