There Realtor Candance Haynie and Rick Haynie as con artist, scammers and liars. We had a awful buying experience that has left me deeply angry. Issues; the house contract had major errors and misrepresented features or properties, that should be in the house but are not and never were, Candance tried charging us 10,000.00 over the asking price of the house. The sellers confirmed the price of the house was 10,000.00 cheaper than she tried to make me believe. After questioning her about the extra money, she changed her story and stated it's a management fee. Which was no were in the buyers contractor. She tried to get an extra 10,000.00 out of use and the seller knew nothing about it .After all of this, she had a terrible trailer park trash attitude and spoke to use rude, vain and harshly. We also experience poor, inconsistent communication and lack of her negotiation counter offer with the seller, which left us to do the negotiation but she was paid. I still believe the worse part was the rude and nasty way you spoke to us and your awful attitude. I truly regret doing business with you!

My experience buying my first home with Keller Williams was unique and interesting. Agent Joshua Arocha was an effective negotiator, did everything possible to secure a good contract with the proper and legal steps, was honest and truthful in his words. Above all, it was a great experience and I am proud to say that I am a homeowner, thanks to Joshua and the team.

Ron Ison is hands down the best Realtor in all of NJ. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, savvy, well connected and all encompassing. His passion, enthusiasm and dedication to every detail and hands on approach is a rarity in this field. Ron goes above and beyond with referrals, endless acceptance of client texts, emails and calls and constant reassurance. Ron made a very stressful experience seamless. He was there to show every house, connect us to the Bank, attorney, title company and more. He was extremely patient, honest and diligent in his approach. Ron will not only help you find a house, but envision your home. I highly recommend Ron for all your Real Estate needs. A realtor that works from his heart, is truly the King of Realtors!!

My agent was Sierra Augustus. She was very professional & courteous. We told her what we were looking for & she accommodated us. Which was a Plus because we weren't looking @ houses & wasting our time. I really like the fact that she stayed in constant contact with me & my husband keeping us informed. She said "She was going to find us our House" & She Did !! When we went to Keller Williams to close everyone was so friendly & polite.

We scheduled an appointment for 9:30 today to see a house for sale at Lake Tenkiller in Oklahoma. We showed up 15 minutes before our appointment. The realtor wasn’t there but we thought she may show up at 9:30. So we waited. Still nothing. I texted her 45 minutes before our appointment and she did not respond. I texted her again after our appointment letting her know we had been waiting for 20 minutes and that we were leaving. She didn’t respond. There’s nothing more unprofessional than not having the decency to cancel an appointment. You certainly lost out on a sale today and future sales as I will never work with this realty company again.

I bought a house in through a real estate agent and her broker in 2020 while I was living on the west coast and had an amazing experience and gladly reengaged with Keller 3 weeks ago to purchase another house, this time in Baltimore although dealing with 2 agents, Jamie Lily and Marlena Williams and their broker, Dan Bouchard and what a let down.

Marlena was very pushy and pushed me hard to make a decision on house I was considering then she wrote up the as-is contract without properly explaining to me what that meant. Later, after water was discovered sitting on the roof and I wanted a consideration from the seller to address that issue, instead of going immediately to request it she argued with me, telling me that you I couldn't because I did an as-is contract. After much back and forth, she finally did as I asked and the seller agreed.

A week before close, I drove back up to Baltimore with Jamie Lily to look at the property and see what it would need to have done before it was move in ready and I discovered that there was a lock alley between my house and next door so that I could not access the side of my property. I asked Jamie to look into that and tell me what could be done and her idea of "looking into it" was to tell me on Friday, almost a week later, that she couldn't find out anything and had left a couple of messages with the city. As soon as I heard this, I did my own dig which entailed using Google and calling 2 different brokers and I was able to find out that I did have several avenues to address but now not enough time to do so before closing. When I complained about this to Jamie I was met with a hostile email telling me basically what I had to do which was close on Monday and of course, trying to cover her rear end.

The broker, Dan Brouchard reached out to me, and, while he was able to clearly articulate the situation, something neither Marlena nor Jamie had been able to do, he was also didn't have any solution to present. I emailed the title company and was able to get confirmation on what I'd found out from the other brokers I'd called and I have a solution and way forward, it won't happen now until after I close.

Later, when it was time to do the final walkthrough, I told them I didn't have time to go to Baltimore as I'd spent most of my weekend addressing an issue that they caused by their inaction and now had things to do, they refused to do a video walkthrough, pretending this wasn't an option when I know that it is because last year I had bought a house from the west coast and did not have to fly out to do a final walkthrough. The tone of the emails and the text messages from this terrible trio did nothing but inflame an already bad situation.

They made an already stressful situation, buying a house, 100% more stressful. Never will I use Keller again nor recommend them to anyone else

Très emballés au départ par leur motivation et leur dynamisme nous avons fait confiance à cette agence qui nous promettait efficacité et réactivité dans la vente de notre appartement. Au final, nous avons eu affaire à un duo d’agents peu expérimentés et qui s’est retrouvé vite dépourvu dès lors qu’il a fallut faire face à des obstacles dans la vente de notre bien. En dépit d’un discours de départ très vendeur, lorsque que notre acheteuse n’a plus daigné donner de nouvelles malgré le délai établi par le compromis de vente dépassé. Ils n’ont su faire preuve d’aucune initiative et n’ont su comment réagir il a fallu nous débrouiller par nous même. En effet, n’ayant pas de solution à nous proposer nos appels ont été filtrés et nous avons été livrés à nous mêmes. Aujourd’hui la vente est signée grâce au travail de notre banquière qui a su se démener pour débloquer la situation. Nous n’avons à ce jour pas de logement fixe étant donné le retard pris par toutes ces démarches dans le cadre de notre propre acquisition.
D’autre part, malgré leur soit disant réseau d’agence très développé sur le département. Ils n’ont pas été capable de nous proposer ne serait-ce qu’une seule visite de bien. Nous avons effectué nos recherches de bien seuls, alors que cela était une de nos principales exigences au départ. Expérience très décevante auprès d’agents attirés seulement par l’appât du gain.

This company does an awful job by hiring legit people to represent others. We put an offer on a home, the Keller Willams realtor took days to reply. Then texted our agent, agreeing to our offer. But asked about closing on a specific date. We agreed but then did not reply then contacts and says that they accepted another offer. It took the KW realtor all day to reply to the agreed offer. This is NO WAY to sell homes, build relationships to continue a business. I am disgusted and appalled!

If you want to have a realtor who does nothing for you then by all means hire them and request Shannette quilter. She will put out a fancy sign with her face on it and do nothing for you. She does not return phone calls to other agents who want to show your home because she wants all the commission. Then when you discover that they are not a good fit they won’t let you out of your contract. I neglected to do my homework on this company. I lost my other home that I put money on thanks to this company. Don’t even try to speak to the broker he is a joke. These people are the worst sort of cowards that I have ever dealt with. She calls herself a VIP. Stay away.

I retained John LeTourneau in Naperville, IL to sell a 5 unit apartment building in Chicago. The day John came to view the apartment, we walked into rushing water from a broken pipe. It was 11 degrees outside. John knew exactly what to do. John stayed with me for hours and helped me through the situation. I was beyond grateful. John did his homework in evaluating the building post flood. He was extremely knowledgeable in the market. He had a marketing plan and brought buyers to the table in no time at all. I was very impressed. In short, John did an amazing. You will not regret retaining John as your realtor.

Absolutely disappointed & disgusted with their Alvin Texas real estate agent who blatantly allowed her client to lie and cover up with paint(recent paint) a roof leak.Along with an additional attempt to have a fan blowing where water enters the house.They never once put put any of this in the disclosure, on the sellers disclosure notice they put unknown in a section that was a yes or no response.

I would’ve never put in an offer how did they filled it out to the best of their knowledge.The realtor and her client cost me $750 because they were both not forthcoming. This is a disgrace to the industry and procession. Individuals wonder why they dislike dealing with realtors and I love mine but I understand why after this experience.

I did have one of the best inspection companies, who did a phenomenal job at finding these impurities that they deliberately try to hide.

Remember this name: Rick Dittemore. Stay away from this guy, he is lazy, completely lacks the code of ethics and professionalism as a realtor. He screwed over an out-of-state famlily (moving from southern Florida to Katy Texas) out of a rental agreement 5 days before the move-in date. The family now has no place to stay in Katy Texas along with two small children. The worst part is that he didn't even notify the family that the deal was off, the family's agent had to contact Rick to find out the truth. Rick Dittemore you should not be an real estate agent anymore, you dont' care about people, family, children.

Sellers beware! I have contacted this company three times via phone and live chat and left my details each time with a perfectly friendly member of staff however I am still waiting on them to contact me to arrange a viewing. I have seen similar reviews with people having the same experience. I would not recommend using this company to sell a property.

Professionalism and personality have been personal and operational qualities of Lana since our initial introduction to her. She went out of her way to listen and understand our wants and needs for our new home. We have used Lana as our agent on three different occasions to purchase two homes and sell one home. On each occasion, she has been an amazing agent throughout the entire process. She kept us informed of anything that would impact our decision to either sell or to purchase. The hours never were too late or too early for her to take a concerned, panicked call from me or my spouse. Her knowledge of real estate in general and the local market in specific was comforting and trustworthy. There were times when I started to feel guilty for calling her and asking so many questions but there never seemed to be a bad time to contact her. She gave great advice without the pressuring us to make a decision or act on anything she advised. Her mantra was always, “take your time, I will be here for you.” Lana’s infectious personality made her a pleasure to have as an agent. She was always upbeat, supportive, and willing to do whatever she could to make the process an easy, enjoyable experience.
Lana was recommended to us by one of her pervious clients and we are overjoyed they recommended her. We would proudly join them and recommend Lana to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property. The process of purchasing a home can be stressful, but with Lana on our side, the process was much less stressful. Lana and her team are amazing, and they are the team for any other teams to beat.

Kim Wilder of Keller Williams Clearwater office. is very inexperienced. She is also extremely busy outside of her real estate career. She was unable to fight for us at all, like she had no gumption in her at all. She also seemed more concerned with everyone else’s concerns rather than ours, supposedly we were her client-but she did not seem to be working for us much. She is good about doing open houses and then her help is over at that point. It took her over 24 hours to even get offers to us, one was expired by the time she even showed it to us, and she did not intervene at all when things went wrong, saying it was not her job. “it’s not my fault” and “that’s not my job” are two of her favorite phrases. She also will not help at all with any closing details any related items a client may need instructions for. She wouldn’t even tell us if the property had closed or not for 4 days. She is also incapable of apologizing or realizing when she is doing a poor job, which will limit her growth as a realtor. The customer is definitely Not always right or even listened to in her case. We needed extra help, and this is not, evidently in her job description. But, if everything goes perfectly and you have a lot of real estate knowledge already, she is possibly adequate. My experience was extremely unpleasant, stressful, and cost me a lot of extra money that it should not have.

I just received a cold call from Keller Williams Realty. the Person asked if they could come and evaluate my home as they will be in the area. When I asked where they were calling from they said "Ontario Canada" I asked again from which City they were calling from they said "pearl Street" I asked again which city in Ontario they were calling from as it was a long distance number on my display the person hung up on me.

Worse experience with this agency! Because they were not prepared or organized, I lost 7 days of vacation time due to the agent not knowing the seller was going through a divorce. Closing dates were moved, which caused much problems with previous home. I work from home and i could not set up internet until i actually moved in, that took another 3 days. I have been in my new home for one full week and still do not have keys to the house nor the mailbox! Garage access is the only way in. Post office is backed up and i cannot get a key for about a month. I had to dig for any information and results.

The agents are very professional, hard working, and friendly!

Cold calls your family members and others on your cell phone bill to get the listing for your house, this is also for a property that has been listed with a different realtor for months, very rude and based on other reviews here I'm not surprised this is how they have to get business.
