Nous avons acheté un appartement à Nantes par le biais de M. Makana de l'agence KW Atlantique. Très professionnel lors des visites et pour l'achat, M. Makana à malheureusement perdu un jeu de clés, ce qui nous a forcé à faire des duplicatas et changer la serrure de l’appartement.

Cela peut arriver, mais nous sommes très déçus de la suite des événements. Cela fait maintenant 8 mois que M. Makana ne réponds pas à nos appels, emails ou courriers pour le remboursement des frais de plus de 600€ que nous avons dû avancer.

This company is a complete scam and are working extra hard to take advantage of people right now. I received a cold call and was given an incredibly offensive low offer on my house and I said I wasn't interested in working with their company.

I was then contacted by someone a few weeks later who assured me he was working for himself and not any company. He stated he himself was a private investor working for himself. After agreeing to let him look at my house it turned out he was working for Keller Williams. Not only did they offer me the complete scam of an offer the original person offered me, but when I turned it down they then tried to scam me into using their company as a real estate agent and taking a huge loss on my house.

If you're an "agent" working for this company -- get a real job.

Hopefully no one uses this company for anything. If you are desperate to give your house away, pick up the phone and find someone to donate it to instead of dealing with these people.

Reute was the realtor I used for my first home purchase (August 2021) and I wish I had known more before taking that first step. My wife and I used an inspection company she recommended for our first 3 inspections and he was amazing. He found every flaw possible and stopped us from purchasing some homes with hidden issues. Unfortunately he wasn’t available for the home we ended up purchasing so we used her “2nd best” inspection company due to it being a last second purchase.

To begin with our master bathroom flooded into our kitchen 1 month after purchase. Next we had to replace the roof due to massive leaks the inspector “missed” despite them being at the opening to the attic and were found by 2 other inspectors within a matter of minutes of starting the inspection. The fence had to be replaced since it was toppled over in a slight storm despite it passing inspection. The day before Thanksgiving this year we had a water leak and I was unable to turn off the water due to the main shutoff valves being inoperable. Now the mold remediation company has found black mold so we’re without a house during the holiday season and into the new year.

There were more issues found that we have to rectify prior to selling this house because of an F rated inspection. As a veteran I believe in taking pride in everything you do and if there’s issues you fix them if you created them. Unfortunately the standard for taking care of your clients is so low I will never buy another home after this. Financially my wife and I may not be able to since this has drained us completely just trying to make it a livable house...... There’s been minimal effort to assist us with the exception of sending a small list of people we can now pay to fix all the issues the inspector missed. We’ve asked for information on the inspector but she’s “been unable to get any info” to this day. This is not a company I would recommend now that I’m on the verge of a total loss.

I wish I could then zero stars. They run an unethical firm. I will never recommend anyone to these sleeze balls. All the care about is fattening thier pockets. They aren’t on the buyers side. Scumbags work here

Gena Roberson is one hell of an agent. She help my wife and I sell our home in Lucas, TX and we are just absolutely delighted with her. My recommendation for anyone using Gena is just to let her do her thing. She will get you the most money for your home with as little stress as possible. Thank you Gena!!!

I would give 100 ⭐'s if I could to Anniebell Perry!! Annie is HONEST, sharp, caring, and handles everything thrown her way with a smile and positive attitude. From the beginning to the end of her service I found out every single thing that was wrong, unfulfilled, and ripped off by the realtor I used what I bought my home. You would be a complete fool and sorry if you choose anybody else. Especially if it's your first time buying or selling a home. I didn't just have a realtor... I made a friend!

I'm a cash buyer and have called loads of times for 4 days just to ask about a property and every time I said I was a cash buyer and still nobody has called me back. I feel really sorry for the seller as I can honestly say as a property developer that Keller Williams are the worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. Zoopla shouldn't have these useless muppets on their site. So frustrating!

Keller Williams is the worst estate agency I have ever dealt with, the call centre people are impatient, rude and extremely unfriendly, and the so called "agent" who actually dealt with the sales of the property, Gavin Perrett is even worse.

I have tried to call and book a viewing of a property 5 times, left 5 messages, none was answered.

I am not sure how they intend to sell a property if they cannot organise a viewing, the most basic thing an agent should be able to do.

What a waste of time.

I was buying a home and worked with Aleksandr Frankov and now I very deeply regret about it. It was okay from the very beginning when Frankov was getting everything he wanted from me (signatures, etc). When the closing date was moved out for 2 months or so, I decided to back out and recieve my money back since now the closing date and the contract expired. Aleksandr is doing everything he can to keep the money and not give me back anything. When I called the woman that dealt with the escrow money she said I could come and pick up my money, but what I find out the next day is that I cannot pick up my money because Aleksandr has been emailing the woman something that I am not sure about. This is my first time buying a house and I thought the realtor is the person who is supposed to support you and let you know of all the information on the house and paperwork. That was definitely NOT the case with this realtor. He tries to go around you and doesn't let you know of things that he does. Also did not give me information on the house and it turns out that the situation the house is in is completely horrible (financially). I thing that Keller Williams is a great company, but employees like these and others that I read about in the review really bring their name down. I hope Keller Williams Realty takes my review into account and checks what their realtors, agents do. This was a horrible experience, therefore would never recommend this agent AT ALL!!!

This review is about a Keller Williams agent Joseph A Banks. I wish I could say my experience with this agent was a positive one. He was very unprofessional and sexual from our first encounter. After closing on my home he asked for financial assistance several times which I provided. Later on I discovered that this agent has a habit of swindling his female clients. I got to know him personally and thought he was a genuine person until I found out about another client of his that he had sexual contact with. I am writing this review because I felt a line was crossed when I was told my Joseph A Banks that it was my fault I was sexually abused as a child. I revealed my childhood sexual trauma to him in confidence and never thought he would use to to weaponize me. As an advocate for sexual abuse victims it is not ok for anyone at any point in time to shame others about their abuse. I have every intention on taking this as far as it needs to go to bring awareness. Often male real estate agents take advantage of women clients that are in a vulnerable state for their personal gain. I do not believe this is the standard that Keller Williams hold their agents to.

The bad review on Kelly Spayd is spot on! She would do things wrong, then lash out at me. Lied to me and I caught her, then she removed my property from the market, under contract!! I hadn't even signed the release to allow it to go off market!! I'm pretty sure that's illegal. We had a valid contract! I still haven't signed it because she treated me with so much disrespect and dishonesty that I'm afraid to sign anything from her! She promised me that she'd have her broker call me today. I guess she lied again. The day is over and no phone call. She's very controlling and manipulative. Apparently, it's her way, or the highway. She's working for herself. Not her clients. She made several mistakes in her writeup and got angry at me for pointing them out. She stated that I had a large paver patio. I don't even have a paver patio!! I would have been understanding, with an apology and a fix, instead of her telling me that I was bashing her for 2 weeks, when all I'd been is be accommodating. Spotless house, etc. Even as unmasked people were shown my house, when she assured me that wouldn't happen, then getting angry at me and lashing out at me, because I brought my concern up to her. I understand that it was 'out of her control', but she is supposed to give directions to agents. Plus, I was told masking was necessary. If it is, report it!! I need to live in a home that unmasked people are traipsing through, when she promised me that wouldn't happen due to codes, etc? I could go on and on. Oh and I mentioned the other bad review. She blamed it on the girl who left the review. Stating the girl had a hard past, which upset me. As though that's an excuse for treating her so terribly?? She has an excuse for everything! But, that excuse makes her behavior towards that girl even more unmoral! And I thought morals were part of the requirements for being a Realtor.

Very costly experience and KW has shown little interest in taking responsibility.

Have been receiving cold calls about real-estate investors wanting to acquire our home. Recently
someone supposedly representing Keller-Williams, called to say they want to make a cash offer on our home. We are not interested in putting our house up for sale. They already knew too many specifics about us and our location for it to be a random 'robo-dial' call! We do not currently have and I don't think we have ever had a business relationship with Keller-Williams. So, if the caller is indeed employed by Keller-Williams, they are in absolute violation of the 'do not call' registry. I realize that the real estate market is 'hot' right now and that 'stock' (available homes for sale) is at the lowest is has been in years. However, that does not give brokers or investors the right to harass people or to break the law.

Candance Haynie from Mt Juliet TN, Keller Williams Realty and Benchmark Realty LLC, sold me a home in June of 2020. Lets face facts Candy your services were not great. I overlooked some of the flaws. The Bank administrator suggest I work with another realtor. I over looked that and you were not nice or easy to work with. Your responses were slowly returned. The last text message from you was bluntly rude. I don't want to state everything, you just did not do a good job for me. I learned through another source your father passed away. I'm sorry for your loss. If this is why you were not up to the job, you should had told me. You were very snappy and you didn't deliver on the services you stated you would. Also I learned through another source you use sale your body for cash ( if you know what I mean) before selling home. I'm sorry I don't want this being talked about my realtor. This information came from a solid source. Candy I wish you will ahead but we can never do business again. I'm sorry.

Very disappointing after all the hype surrounding Amy Kite. She never even introduced herself to us. She handed off our house to another staff member, who was well below average in his knowledge, work ethic and reachability. Not to mention they charge more than the average realtor.

Not a good overall experience at all. The realtor doesn’t try at all to sell your house. All they do is put it online and write a short description of it. Look elsewhere.

I was buying a home in Russell Springs Kentucky , I was at the mercy of buying online since I lived in Colorado . My agent is with Keller Williams her name is Amanda Long, I highly recommend this agent for any reality needs. She really came through for me at my time of desperation. Every phone call or text was always responded to in a timely fashion, she was more than happy to go the extra mile to insure I was getting a great deal and great property. Amanda is very good at what she does, I have never had such a wonderful experience working with anyone like her. Bottom line, Amanda Long gets it done RIGHT!!!

So they list some houses fha approved so I spent the money to have the house inspected to find out immediately that fha will not finace the house so it cost 750 to find that out now they know for sure fha will not finace the house but it's still listed as fha approved 123 clover brook drive clover SC so if your looking at this house just know fha will not approve this home
