Customer service is extremely slow
Customer service is extremely slow. I never received a confirmation email for my order. I seriously thought I was getting scammed until I received tracking email from fed ex.

My “One of a Kind” bag arrived yesterday. I didn’t realize I would have to assemble it!🤪😁 It was a slight challenge (being 84 years young, my fingers don’t work so well on small screws anymore).

Never received any shipping information until I made a phone call requiring about it still have not received my first package. One of my items was out of stock I guess cause was told it was cancelled. Second bad experience so definitely last time I will order.
