I have recently bought an Audi A1 from Keywise and I can’t stress enough how quick and easy the whole process was! They have fantastic customer service and they were all super friendly. The staff were always prepared to help out through the process of financing and any questions I had. I definitely recommend!!!!

Car i purchased for 8k from them had more issues then every car i had combined. At first they repaired under warranty but after 8 trips to the garage and still had issues started getting a different attitude from them stating i have had car past warranty and done alot of miles. (Faults included leak in boot, grinding noise when pulling away on hills, airbag light randomly comes on and kept going into limp mode). They managed to sort limp mode and i ended up sorting leak in boot myself other then that year and half later still have grinding noise and airbag light issues.

I was recommended to Keywise by a friend and I was not disappointed! Great selection of cars to choose from and a very smooth and relaxed buying experience, the process of finance was also quick and easy. I would highly recommend!

I brought my first car from Keywise last July and my experience was stress free. I had gone to other dealers and felt pressured into what car was right for me. They did not pressure me what so ever and let me make my own decision. Since then I have had no faults with my car and will definitely be back there to buy my second!!!

I bought a car from here 9 months ago and it was the easiest process I’ve had with buying a car.
They where very helpful explaining everything thoroughly and couldn’t of made it easier.
The car has had no issues and was spotless in and out. I’ve gone back recently for two front tires which was reasonably priced and It was in and out smoothly.

We purchased a little run around corsa to save our main car on little trips to the beach or woods and were very happy with the service we received and the car is perfect, many thanks.

PDI wasn't carried out as per required industry standards. Corroded components.

We went here TWICE to test drive a £8,490 car. The first time I drive it, the cutch was worse than a tractor. They then sent the car to the garage but when I drove it for the second time, the clutch was still awful and stiff. They wanted to sell me a car that had a faulty clutch which totally needed replacing. The excuse that they gave me about this clutch is that it was because it was a diesel car.... I've never heard anything like it - how ridiculous! Also, to make it worse, each time I drove the car, there was no fuel in it at all. Apparently this is so that you can't drive very far (they've done this with other people test driving their cars too). Read the other awful reviews about this 'company'... rusted out cars, cars needing to go to the garage after buying etc etc. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Bought a Meriva from here 18 months ago. Can safely say something has gone wrong with it pretty much EVERY month since.. MOT cost me as much as the car nearly.. doors jammed trapping my toddler inside... terrible... and I thought buying from a garage would be safer than buying privately i would say AVOID... I’m now looking for another car already but definitely be avoiding key wise

Phoned keywise about a focus they said it was in good or lovely condition so I went down to view it what a waste of time scratches on it one had badly painted over by someone mirror indicator broken and scratches for the money they were asking, rubbish,

Bought a Citroen DS3 off them earlier this year. When it went in for the MOT 7 months later all of the brakes and disc needed changing. These were like this when I bought the car. I will not be buying another car from this garage. If you want to take a chance I would recommend take a mechanic with you to make sure the car you buy has no issues.

Will never buy from this bunch ever again. We were well and truly sold a heap of metal. So many faults and an MOT that another garage had told us Immediately after we bought it “Should never have passed”
TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU or on your own head be it.

I recently purchased a Kia Sportage off Keywise cars at the price of £3,500. I was then charged a further £60. to have it delivered on a low loader to my dads house in Brixham a few days later because it needed a service.
The evening before the car was due to be delivered I got a call because the Gov. had just announced the new lockdown rules could they deliver the car that night. So the vehicle arrived at my dads address at 10.45 that night may I add driven no sign of the low loader that i had already payed £60. for.
The following day I drove the car back up to the Midlands where I live as I was down in Brixham looking after my dad who was having cancer treatment
at the time.
Over the course of the next week I only added about 35 miles to the car as we could only go out to do shopping or go to the pharmacy ect..It was at this point we noticed a small pool of oil under the car but it wasn't from the engine it was leaking from the front diff.
I phoned Keywise as I had a 3 Month warranty with the car but was told that they were now shut until further notice because of the Covid rules and that he was only there to answer the phone however that he would write down my conversation with him about the car. Well I wasn't happy I had just spent 3.5k on a car that I couldn't now use and had no idea when I would have the use of again as we live in a rural area and have to drive to do shopping. So I also E mailed Keywise and sent a letter recorded delivery because I had no idea when they would be back at work and I didn't want my warranty to be out of date anyway the letter I got back from them said that I would have to get the car back down to them so I rang again and said it wasn't driveable because if the diff had run dry then I could do a lot more damage I asked if I could find a local garage to carry out the repairs would that be o.k. under the warranty but no chance all they kept insisting was I would need to get the car to them.
Bearing in mind that I live 180 miles from Exeter that would of meant me having to hire a low loader at a cost of £200 to£300 then get a train down there another £100 for a repair that may of been £30 or £40.00 so in the end I had the work done locally several different oil seals were gone or on the verge of going also the rear brake pads were worn down to the metal I had a bill of £480.00. Keywise don't want to know it was a second hand car these things happen is there stance, they wouldn't even repay the £60.00 for the low loader that I payed out for to get the car. The warranty this company offers isn't worth the paper its written on and one other thing they didn't stamp my service book after the service they did before I got the car so I asked about this and was told that if I sent the service book through the post they would stamp it and send it straight back recorded delivery, So I sent the service book in a padded envelope recorded delivery and it still took a phone call and 2Weeks to get the book stamped back and this is what a cheap company they are they had re-used the envelope that i had payed for. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Very straightforward to deal with - no high pressure sales techniques. Car delivered ahead of schedule. Very happy overall.

The dealer was not pushy not like they used to be a good selection of cars to choose from we chose one at the price we were looking for we was offered a good trade in the car was very clean and tidy and the sales office was clean and tidy no problems with the car very happy we would use the traders again
