Ordered a personalised mug on Monday morning about 11.30 am, received it the following day and it's exactly what I wanted, the person I chose it for is going to love it. Beautifully made, the personalisation is superb. And I didn't even have to spend very much! Will be going back for more - this is the way a company should be run. Very, very highly recommended!

I've been looking for photo frame with unusual dimensions I could personalised with a writing. Keep It Personal was the only online shop that offered what I was looking for. Moreover, the writing I wanted engraved included the diacritics in my mother tongue. The delivery was quick, the frame was packaged very well and it arrived safely. thank you so much.

I ordered three personalised mugs. Excellent quality, shiny photos, actually better quality than the original photos! The mugs are nice and thick, very robust. Cheap postage cost, even for multiple items. Excellent!

I bought a personalised wine glass as a gift for a friend. When the glass arrived it was broken therefore I contacted the company who offered to send out another which of course I responded to confirm I would like them to do so. I didn’t receive a response despite emailing another twice. When I have contacted them via their form on the website, they have not sent out the item. Very disappointed, not only out of pocket for the extortionate postage fee I paid, but I now have to find another gift with very little time.

Great service, unfortunately first item broken by courier, super quick replacement and great comms throughout. Costs are competitive will use again and do recommend.

Ordered picture fram for Grandaughters engagement unfortunately put wrong date when ordering however this was quickly amended and received a lovely frame well packed within a few days . so pleased and highly recommend this company

I made repeat orders of Wood panel photo's. First 2 orders were great. Received in quick time, and good quality. 3rd order, the photo was way off colour, and ink marks on the panel. Customer service was friendly, and photo panel replaced with much better quality. 4th order of 2 wood panel photo's, the photo's were back to front (reverse images), and the colour was also poor once again. Again, customer service was good, and i opted for a refund, instead of replacements. They apologized again, but dont actually address how these issues happen in quick succession, and why they're not quality checked.(invoice enclosed with quality check boxes not ticked 2 orders in a row). You want to know dont you.? It seems like the 2 owners are trying to do everything themselves, but portray the image of a bigger company. Pointless if you cant keep up with demand, and quality suffers. Obviously not concerned with losing custom. Shame, first 2 order's were great.

Ordered a photo keyring on 13th May which was a Father’s Day gift, therefore has only been opened and used since 14th June. Within 2 weeks it had broken and fallen apart. I emailed Keep it Personal with the details and photos to which they responded ‘the screw can come loose over time’ (2 weeks?!) I replied reminding them I had only had the product since May, and only used since 14th June. This correspondence was on 2nd July, despite chasing numerous times asking for a refund or replacement item, they have since gone silent and are ignoring my emails.

This company is the best. Communication 10 out of 10, delivery time with inscriptions 48 hours. Highly recommended one of the best online store I've ever dealt with. I'm still stunned with their service. Thank you so much.

I made and enquiry about an unusual personalisation and they were great in creating exactly what I was after and it was delivered really quickly.

I ordered a personalised wine glass which was broken on delivery. Emailed them and new parcel sent straight away and received today. Unfortunately the postman threw it over my gate despite me being in.again it was broken. I emailed them to advise them it was PO fault and they are sending me another one which will be even more well packaged.
If I could give 10 stars I would.
