Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Above and beyond! Purchased a watch for Best Man for my wedding. All brilliant and easy to do! Delivery company had incorrect address and problem delivering! Nobody’s fault more mine! That said Maddie was world class in supporting and getting this resolved before the big event! Went to the end of the world to make sure I got it on time! Rather than just playing the normal customer care line, she was in constant contact making sure I was updated and what she was doing to get me this special delivery! If only everyone was like her then the world would be a better place. A real asset to the company and just showed how important customers are to the business. Highly recommend using Engravers Guild! Brilliant company! Thank you all.

The latest frame I wanted was initially out of stock but Maddie updated the site for me and I was able to continue my order. I had a further request which again Maddie helped me with. I ordered a pair of beautiful Dartington Crystal gin glasses with a personalised logo and engraving. The engraving is top quality and I am delighted with the finished product, which is a very special gift for someone.
Engravers guild was quick to respond to my questions and offer advice on my artwork. Communication before, during and after my order was outstanding and they delivered on every level .
I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!

I ordered a personalized gift for my boss’s retirement party this Saturday, relying on the company’s claim of 3–5 working days delivery. Naturally, I expected the parcel to actually arrive within that timeframe.
Instead, on the fifth day I received an email saying the product is only ready for collection, while the company operates Monday to Friday only. This means I won’t receive it in time for the event, making the gift completely useless.
“Delivery in 3–5 working days” should mean the customer receives the order within that period, not that it is merely prepared or dispatched on day five. This feels very misleading.
I would strongly recommend not relying on their delivery estimates if you need something by a specific date.

I had a last minute wish to get locket cufflinks engraved and pictures inserted and got in touch with Lovelox Lockets ( Engravers Guild ) and they absolutely nailed it! It wasn't easy either, there were 3 sets of cufflinks, total of 10 pictures required in them and all engraved. All this was achieved in 2 days and the cufflinks are simply stunning! This meant that both my sons and I were wearing beautiful matching cufflinks to my wife's funeral. I am so impressed with the quality and service. If it were my business I would be very proud of it. Thank you so much!

Had a problem with a watch for our Granddaughter, which was not the fault of the Engravers Guild. After contacting them about the problem they were back on to me within hours which was great. More importantly they had a resolution to the problem and they exchanged the watch within two days, fantastic service considering there was some engraving to be carried out as well.
Can't speak highly enough of this company and considering the service we received, we would recommend them to anyone.

An amazing small business who came to my rescue. Fabulous service provided by Gilda and a lovely well priced product. The engravers produced our personalised cufflinks within a day for an 18th after we were completely disappointed and let down by another company. Honestly we cant praise everyone enough they turned a nightmare into something wonderful and we truly appreciated it.. The cufflinks were of a much superior quality, looked brilliant and were loved. We recommend this company, they are great at answering questions, responding quickly and giving guidance - they provide a true service along with a fabulous product. We will definitely be using them again - Thanks again for being so wonderful.

I ordered a pair of silver engraved cufflinks for Valentine’s Day; unfortunately they were flimsy and thin, and below expectations. As they were engraved they could not be returned.

I ordered a photo frame previously which was very nice. Sadly the cufflinks did not live up to expectations.

Elliot Bishton (founder of EGL) reached out to me soon after my review and offered me a refund (on an exceptional basis, as they were engraved so technically non returnable and non refundable). He was also very helpful in offering some suggestions re other places to source engraved cufflinks.

I ordered an engraved whiskey tumbler for a 60th gift . Unfortunately, when it arrived the glass was damaged . I was disappointed because the product itself and the presentation was beautiful and I doubted getting a replacement in the time needed .
Engravers Guild, jumped on the ‘problem’ - no hesitation to replace , which they did within a couple of days .
I highly recommend this company not only for the quality of their products but also their customer service . Such kindness and efficiency .I felt that they really wanted me to be a satisfied customer and me to have the best experience of buying from them .
