I ordered some engraved shot glasses and was delighted with the quality of the product, the competitive price and the incredible speed of delivery - the glasses arrived the day after I ordered them! I had a final query and sent an email to their Customer Services - and received a helpful reply 20 minutes later! A quality company with quality customer service.

As an oldie and not great techno wise I found the staff very helpful and they went out of their way to make sure I got my order right.

I just wanted to thank you for your great service.

I apologise for putting the wrong date on my original order and was so impressed that immediately after I notified you, you corrected my silly mistake.

Ordered quite a few times, yesterday I decided to order in time for Christmas I selected next day delivery at checkout so it was guaranteed to be delivered. I paid by Apple Pay but for some reason at payment stage it changed delivery type to standard delivery, i didn’t realise until I placed the order and paid. Contacted keep it personal straight away informing them of my issue/glitch with the delivery, as I definitely selected next day delivery. I felt that they could have offered a better solution as I didn’t feel the glitch was my fault. Was just told that apple don’t change the delivery. Well they clearly did as it happened. I’m not a liar. Merry Christmas

I am so made up with my order. Personalised and delivered within 24 hours. Some big multi national companies can’t manage to achieve that with non personalised items. Thank you so much I will definately order again in the future 😊

Lovely products and a very fast delivery.Just to mention that while tipping the message for the wood box, I didn’t checked all the details and had a few letters missing ,but there amazing costumer service responded on fast time and replace that with a new one!I will keep order from them again and again!

I ordered my personalised dog tin and beer glass for christmas, 22:00ish on the Tuesday. By 13:00 on the Thursday it was delivered, packaged securely. Great quality, well priced, rapid service

I have ordered from this company a few times and have always been pleased with the products. On the last occasion I ordered I had a slight problem with the font size on the glass.
I messaged customer services and they responded within 30 minutes (on a Sunday!). After showing them a photo of my product they agreed without any quibble to send a replacement which arrived the next day! Their customer service was so respectful and straightforward, probably the most efficient customer service I’ve ever experienced.
The products are of great quality and very reasonably priced and the delivery times are great.
Overall, I highly recommend this company.

The personalised picture frame was amazing and was even better than I thought. The engraving was so clear and the photo was just perfect in the frame. I can’t wait to give it to my son at Christmas. Thank you so much. Very quick delivery too.

This was my first time buying from Keep It Personal but it won't be my last. Great quick service and the baby cutlery I bought was superb. It was personalized on every Viners item and was a really good price. It even included a gift box.

Complete rubbish.
Wouldn’t allow me to check out, tried various payment options (card and Apple Pay) on two different devices. Website kept crashing. Used an alternative supplier.

Very disappointed with this company !
I ordered a Santa sack for my grandson as I’ve done for the past 3 years for my previous 3 grandchildren .
Upon arrival I was shocked to see it was HALF the size of the others .
On querying this I was told I’d ordered the small one , of which I replied ,” I ordered the one I’d ordered previously as it was the same price . “
I was told it was possible that the prices had increased , if that’s the case it’s by a whopping 25 per cent on previous years , this is outrageous !!
However I just think they are misleading people as the previous times I’ve ordered there was no choice of size , I assumed the small size was the one I’d previously ordered ( due to the advertised price ) and the large was a new size !
Admittedly I should have checked the dimensions , but as I’ve already said I’ve ordered the same sack for the past 3 years and it’s always been the same price , I never imagined it would increase by so much when it had been this price for the last 3 years !!
Don’t be fooled into thinking you are getting a Santa sack , it’s NOT a sack , it’s a bag and you’ll be lucky to fit a pair of socks in it !
If you have ordered from them before , please please check the dimensions and don’t assume you are getting what you got last year !
Also rang them up to query this and the lady at the other end was very dismissive , abrupt and rude .
I’ve ordered many items from this company , but NEVER again , their after sale service speaks volumes !!
