What a fantastic company. This is the third time I've used them and the second time I asked them for something that wasn't necessarily on their website and they completely and utterly delivered. There isn't a single thing that I could find fault with, from their can-do, nothing is too much trouble approach to customer service, the quality of their products down to the quick delivery with an extremely well packaged item. There simply isn't anything negative, or even remotely critical that I could say about this company.

Bought a 21st engraved birthday gift for my son & was hugely delighted when it arrived in super quick time. Beautifully packaged & the presentation was exquisite. Extremely good value for money, great communication, will definitely be purchasing from this company in the future. Highly delighted & recommended, thank you 🤗

I ordered on the 2nd May @1.30 and as it was a birthday present needed it next day, although I did not pay for express delivery (just paid normal postage). Items arrived in first post next day. Excellent service, I would certainly use again, plus I used a discount code.

I ordered a vase from this company, and it is beautiful. The engraving is very well done. I had an issue with the royal mail and contacted keepitpersonal via email, I had a reply straight away and they looked into the issue. I would highly recommend this company and I will be ordering again.

What a lovely company. I purchased a wine bottle stopper personalised for my sons wedding. At the time of placing the order I forgot to add the date. I messaged them straight away and received a reply the next day. Speedy service and lovely good quality item. I will 100%use them again

Just ordered 2 tee shirts I messed one up, I tried to cancel but decided I was my fault so ordered another one correctly, within half an hour I got an e mail noting I had reordered and was informed they had corrected the original order would I like to cancel my order. Very impressed with the honesty and help offered without me perusing anything. Excellent honest company I will be using them in the future and would recommend others to do the same. Thank you.

I wrote a review previously as I was pleased with an engraved pint glass but this time I bought two packs of coasters with photos on. What a complete waste of money.Out of eight I kept three as the rest are in the bin. Blurry and colours are terrible and although the company contacted me after my complaint they asked me to send a photo of how they looked. I had already informed them they had been put in the bin as soon as I received them as they were an insult to my late daughter and so upsetting. They have achieved loosing a previously grateful customer. I cannot give exact date but it was earlier this month..

Well what an experience amazing, had the wrong mug delivered no problem we all make mistakes, reported and new mug with me the next day amazing customer service would highly recommend, the mug I have received is personalised and fab thank you all so much

Beautiful packing, came exactly when it was told. But unfortunately mugs photo is really blurry. Even if the photo wasn't good enough I'm sad that company didn't contact me and informed me that photo is no good for use. Not ordering again

Amazing service. Needed something quickly and the company created, delivered and communicated very efficiently. Will use them again and recommend them. I also loved the product (Guinness glasses for me and my son) at a great price.
