All the information was clear, and concise. The setting up of a new policy was very easy to do.
The prices of each policy were keen in comparison to other organisations and I feel I now have value for money in a good comprehensive insurance cover.

I have had Kennel Club Insurance forever! First lab 1970s
I have had Kennel Club Insurance for all my dogs over the years. Never had a problem.
Life has not been kind to me over the last few years having major surgery for cancer and suffering 5 heart attacks.
Im well now but had to give up work. So it has caused severe financial problems.
I have a 11 year old Lab. Ive loved him since he was 8 weeks old. He is the only family I have in Scotland.
Many times I have gone without to feed him and pay his insurance.
I was struggling to pay and I had a personal issue. For a few weeks I have been getting support from a lovely lady called Michelle West. Who was kind patient and said she would do all she could to help my situation. She spoke to her Manager . LIAM. Im in tears writing this because between them they have resolved the issue.
When life is not kind. People like Michelle and Liam make all the difference. All the staff are so pleasant and courteous. But today I cannot say thank you enough to them especially Liam who made the final decision.
The one thing that has sustained me through all of my issues is my faith.
Miracles do happen on a daily basis and prayers are answered .
These two people are an asset to the company. I will be forever grateful to the good samaratins on the phone that ive never met. Bless them and thank you .
