Reassessment of incorrect outcome of claim
After contacting KC today regarding a claim. My query was quickly resolved, and it was fully explained how KC would reassess the claim, and the time frame it would be completed in. As usual the customer service agent was highly informed, listened to my concerns, and dealt with them in a professional but friendly manner.

Lorna made everything easy for me…

Such a lovely lady I dealt with
Such a lovely lady I dealt with ! After losing one of my Great Danes ( Angel ) weeks before unexpectedly after complications due to an obstruction in her small intestine.
I was treated with compassion which was completely different to another well known insurance company I had spoken to earlier that day !
