Plastic iron on
Received a t-shirt, that was SO cheaply made. The iron on “Sakura blossom” was pure plastic and I asked for a refund, which seemed like a hassle to them. I don’t recommend the the shirts. Customer service was helpful, but again disappointed in the quality.

We deeply regret that the method we used to print our tees did not meet your expectations and understand your frustration. Although I would like to note that this is the first time that we have received a complaint regarding our tee qualities. We have already provided you with a free return label and we are ready to process your return as soon as we receive the item. You can choose to get a refund or another item from our store.
Nevertheless, I'm glad that our customer service team was able to resolve this issue swiftly with you. We hope you will reconsider your feedback after we resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
They're a drop shipping website
The actual products I received were fine and reasonable quality, though the shipping time was long. However, I recently realized that most if not all of the products on their website are just drop shipped. Go to AliExpress and you'll see the same exact products for half the price (or even less) and even the same advertising pictures a lot of the time- with the same long shipping times. Save yourself the money.

Cutest lunch boxes ever
I ordered the cutest lunch boxes from this company for my cousin's granddaughters they were simply adorable❤. I live in the US it only took business 15 days to get to me, they were packaged well no damage, the items were made very well, very colorful the insulation on the inside of the lunch boxes was great. I recommend this company, the prices are fair, I'll be ordering from them again, this is why I rated them a five star

Baby Dragon plushie
What a fine quality products they make and they are cheap too...and the costumer care response is brilliant...I am blown away by how quick they are with getting an issue resolved...their efficiency is 11/10....and I plan on buying even more for Kawaiies

I got a couple of plushies. The half dolphin half cat and the octopus. They came in pretty quickly. They are both great quality. Feels really soft. I have had them for over a month by now.

Anniversary gift
My wife loves the plushies I gifted her from Kawaiies.com. There was a slight delay in getting the package since we live in the U.S. but Zoey from customer service kept in touch with me the entire time and assured a safe delivery. Best customer support I have ever experienced! I will be buying more Kawaii plushies in the future.

Bad quality of the product and problems…
Bad quality of the product and problems with returning articles. The company is in UK, the article came from a warehouse in Germany, but the articles has to be resend to China – which is not possible in the 14 days you have to send the article back. Also the shipping would be more expensive than the actual article. Never again.

So impressed with the 2 plushies I ordered. Very professional looking stuffed animals! I had been worried about the delivery date because it was close to a birthday that the present was for but it made it on time! I had contacted the company and they were very communicative. Gave me tracking info and let me know when it was delivered! I thought it would be at my front door but it was placed inside the parcel locker where the mailboxes are located. Item Not Received
No package after 7 weeks. Email responses from the company have a cheeky tone. Been told they need to get a refund from the courier company before they can refund me. Absolutely stupid.
Edit: reply from company insinuates I have misrepresented what has happened in our email chain. I asked for a refund because I didn’t get what I purchased, and have not had one, why would you expect a good review?

You notified our team about this delay on 3rd August and our team has been investigating your missing parcel with the logistics team. We apologise for the delays, but we cannot be held fully responsibity for the postal service's performance. We will endveiour to follow up on this.
We offered to send you a new shipment at no extra cost, but you insisted on getting a full refund and a reshipment. We believe this is an unreasonable request.
