Best Gift Ever! She's Obsessed and Cuddles It Every Night!
I bought the long cat plushie for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it! It's so incredibly soft and she's been cuddling it every night. The quality is amazing and it's even cuter in person. She's already planning to buy a few more. Highly recommend!

Softest bunny ever!
I bought one of the bunny plushies for my daughter because she's always asking for something soft to cuddle at night, and it's honestly become her favourite thing. She takes it everywhere around the house and even insists on bringing it on holidays. It's incredibly soft, really well made, and has made bedtime so much easier. I'll definitely be ordering another one for my son because he's already trying to steal hers!

Cancelled my shipment, demanded €8 more, then went silent
Ordered on 2 July, heard nothing until I chased them a week later. They then claimed my parcel was cancelled due to “new EU import tariffs” (which were announced back in February!) and asked me to send €8 extra via PayPal to their email address for reshipment. When I insisted they honour the original order terms, they stopped responding entirely. I cancelled the order and requested a full refund, but in the end I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Avoid

The new EU import tax affecting our shipments came into effect on 1 July. At the time of your order on 2 July, our team was still working through how to handle these unexpected costs alongside the significant increase in shipping rates to the EU, which have also been impacted by ongoing global events affecting fuel and transportation costs.
We completely understand that this situation was disappointing. Since we were unable to reach a solution that worked for both parties, your order was cancelled and a full refund has been issued.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback as we continue to adapt to these unforeseen changes. We wish you all the best.

This is the best place to buy plushies…
This is the best place to buy plushies ever! Last week it was my girlfriends birthday, I left the order a little too late and was afraid it wouldn't arrive in time. Luckily the delivery was as promised and it only took 7 days!! I was not expecting the quality of the plushie to be so good, especially the softness of the plushie. I will definitely be back in the near future to purchase more of these plushies (got a few more birthdays coming up), I now know how reliable and high quality the products are from Kawaiies.

Honestly couldn’t be happier with my order. I spent ages browsing because there were so many cute plushies to choose from for my girlfriend 😂 The whole experience was great from start to finish. Great quality plush
I was worried it would be a cheaper quality plush with the short fleece fabric and bean bag filling but I was pleasantly surprised by the softness of the the filling and thicker plush fabric. It was actually very high quality, soft but firm and worth the price. Luckily shipping was fast enough to get it to me in time for my gf birthday. She loves it!

Cute items, sweet support and good delivery
It’s a super cute company with super cute items. I have bought both a red panda plushie and a big black cat one from there and super happy about both of them, they are super soft and adorable. Their support team is also so sweet and helpful, i had a order that hadn’t been sent and it had been close to 3 weeks with no updates, i sent a message and they answered same day and were on the case to fix it. The shipping has been om time like they say on the page, i think the red panda was a bit over the time but it wasn’t too much! I recommend going there if you are a fan of plushies but still as always look at reviews even tho i think it’s a good place!

Buyer Beware - Return Policy is a Scam
I ordered several items over the holidays. One item, a fleece jacket that was quite pricey, arrived and it was not at all what I expected. It was itchy and very poorly made so, per the website instructions, I wrote in to request a return. I received a message asking for pictures of the item. I responded promptly and never heard back, despite writing several followup inquiries. They definitely scammed me out of over 100euro and I am stuck with a jacket that I will never wear and can't even repurpose because the fabric is of such a dreadful quality. Will never purchase from this site again and would definitely recommend others do the same.
