This is a very bad online experience I ordered my candles 2 month ago and still pending and no response to my email..don’t buy from them

I would give zero stars. I didn’t think to research the company before my large purchase because typically can trust businesses to run an ethical/ responsible service. Order placed Dec 31 with delivery window 5-7 days. Sent email to customer service twice, called and left voicemails and tried to reach out on instagram with zero communication back. Unfortunately will be disputing the charge with my bank :(

Extremely disappointed in my experience with the seller. $800 AUD, so an expensive purchase. Items took a long time to be dispatched (2 months) and only when I contacted the seller. The seller did keep me updated at this point. Items were then held up in customs only to arrive poorly packed, and as a result, a saucer was broken. Seller not responding to emails. Sadly, something I was looking forward to was ruined. I was appreciative of the complimentary candle given; however, this does not take away from the broken saucer and incomplete set.

Scammed. No one answers to dms, emails or comments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or emails. Do not buy from here. I have yet to see anyone actually own something from here. Their social media comments are fake.

I use the dried pampas grass in my handbag vase. Every time, it looks stunning. The vase feels substantial enough to prevent it from toppling over, and the quality is excellent.

I ordered two of their glasses and the size of the glass is grossly misrepresented. The seashells from which the glasses are made of look two to four times larger on the website than they are in real life.

I hosted brunch with the cups I got from Anaïs. Every single friend commented on them.

Anaïs has outstanding customer service! They replied promptly and ensured my order arrived flawlessly. It's refreshing to see a brand genuinely care about its customers.

It's a fraud.
They don't send the items you order and pay for (and we're not talking of small amounts). They don't reply to emails nor to instagram DMs. I am deeply disappointed. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND!!

Order updates not provided, website states shipping in 4-7 business days, almost two weeks, does not respond to emails or requests for updates. Should be removed from all public seller platforms

I placed an order for a candle with this company last week, and while the payment processed without any issues, I never received an order confirmation or tracking information. After noticing the lack of communication, I attempted to contact the company via email and Instagram, but I have not received any response. Due to the absence of confirmation and customer support, I am concerned that this may be a fraudulent business. I strongly advise others to avoid placing orders with this company, as my experience suggests it may be a scam.

I'm in love with my Camelia tea cup! It's the perfect size. The design is even prettier in person, pictures don't do it justice!

Horrific! Do not buy from this website. This website is a reseller of shein items which they use ai to regenerate images of to look better to enable sales. I was sold a $13 shein mug for $270AUD. I have requested a refund and am yet to hear from them. This is a scam website. Proceed with caution.

I had such a great experience with Anaïs! The service was excellent, and the staff were super helpful. i love that their décor is handcrafted and stylish, with a quality you can really see and feel. Overall, everything about the process was smooth and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier.

I bought a candle and glass set from Anaïs as a gift, and it was a total hit. The packaging was gorgeous and felt so thoughtful my friend was blown away. Easily one of the best gifts I've ever given.
