I ADORE this watch and wear it for smart occasions every few weeks so don't understand why it is so marked and a piece has fallen out after no hard use. The company won't reply to my emails asking about repair/replace

Loved my watch, but it broke after 4 months of wear and have been trying to contact Rotate North for more than a month now and have not been successful on either email, contact formula or the phone.
Truly hope to hear from them to get the watch fixed but frustrating with the lack of communication.

Update 4/10/26 - Never received an email from Rotate North. But, did receive the watch today. Nice watch but frustrating lack of commincation. Update - 4/8/26, - Rotate North responded to my orginal report on Trust Pilot saying they would respond to me via email on 4/4/26. Still no email or response to my emails..... Ordered a watch from Rotate North on 2/23/26 and was charged for it. They never shipped the watch. I have sent them multiple emails with no response at all. No change in the shipping status.

Non-existent customer service
Purchase and shipping was fine, no problems at all. However, after a year (just shy of 1 year of owning the watch), the minute hand came loose and just sort of moved with gravity on the face. I read the warranty policy (2 years) but after reading all the poor customer service reviews I was hesitant to just send my watch back and HOPE I got it back. I sent 3 emails to 2 different customer service email addresses and NEVER got a response…I waited 3 weeks and finally just took the Tempest to a local watch shop and PAID to have it repaired out of pocket. I still enjoy my watch, however, don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

This must be a canned response…I’ve checked my email, inbox, spam, and junk…I’ve received NOTHING from them. They have my email, as a matter of fact, I’ve emailed them for 2 separate email accounts thinking maybe the problem was in my end. Nope, pretty sure I’ve got it figured out now.
I’m sure in 2 more months there will be ANOTHER response to this update saying the same thing “sorry, we sent you an email” 🙄

Watch description totally wrong
Bought the cat terrain field watch in the sale in January 2026.
It arrived more than a week later despite paying for express delivery.
When it arrived it was very underwhelming.. description said it had screw down crown : it didn't just a push in one , so I wouldn't trust the claimed 50m wr do anything go anywhere promise . Also the indices and numbers are a hideous green colour that provide no lume whatsoever. The description also says it has an acrylic crystal , I can't be 100%, but it seems like it's mineral .
Very disappointed. Returned .

Poor quality product and non-existent customer service
Sadly, 1 star is not low enough for Rotate North!
We bought a watch as a gift for my teenage son, after he identified it as one he wanted. The watch stopped working after only a matter of months, and when we tried to engage the warranty, we have not had any response.
The telephone number does not work, and despite several emails, and social media messages, we have not received a single response.
We have engaged our credit card provider, and I hope they will refund and somehow black-list Rotate North.
The product is poor quality, and the customer service is non-existent.

Ongoing Saga
When I got the watch I bought a new [proper NATO strap], the one supplied was cheap rubbish. After a week or so I could see the watch was losing time, about a minute a week. I emailed them...Ive had no response at all, despite a further email to them, still no response, it's been c.6 months. Not good for the rep guys, this will not help your sales. I will keep posting on here until I do hear from you. Here is their mission statement..

No way I'd buy any product again from them, really bad customer service. I'll just put my journey with Rotate North down to a learning experience and move on
Not even one STAR I'm afraid. This is not sour grapes, they have completely ignored my emails and have not even replied to my TRUSTPILOT reviews...and barely responded to the other negative reviews.
Get your act together for heaven's sake.

Very happy so far.
So far so good. I have it a few weeks now and I'm very happy. Looks great and feels substantial. The strap is a highlight for me, feels great and isn't too thick and it smells nice. I've taken it into the sea for a light swim and everything is fine. Here's to a long and happy relationship. :)

I will never buy from Rotate North again!!
I have been a massive fan of the brand since purchasing an Arctic watch a few years ago, however I recently bought an orange Nato strap that doesn't match the on-line description. The strap I received doesn't have an etched logo on the buckle and is of low quality i.e. it looks and feels like a cheap Chinese import and not what I would associate with the brand.
I've contacted Rotate North on numerous occasions via their site, email and phone.
I have not received a response to date, which has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the level of customer service!

UPDATE: Still no-one has reached out, a month later. Changing to 1 star, and shan't be buying another.
ORIGINAL: I really didn't want to write this review! I bought my Rotate North "Tempest" watch two years ago and absolutely love it. However, just over a month ago, I started to hear an ominous rattle within the watch. It has since stopped working. I emailed RN a month ago to work out how I could get the watch fixed, and have since sent 4 more (very polite) emails, so 5 in total, and yet have had zero response from them. I'm *hoping* these emails are just going into a spam folder (which even if this is the case, should really be checked regularly) rather than just being ignored. I've bigged this company up to so many friends, as I'm such a fan of their watches and aesthetic, but starting to feel this was misplaced. I'm still very much hoping someone reaches out...

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.. have called and spoken to someone four times now for a really simple issue with my strap (

Seems They have no intention of responding to phone calls, emails to their help address or even to an instagram message..
Shame as I love the actual watch, but having such distain for your customers isn’t a good trait for a business..
Edited - After being contacted by the Tom at Rotate North, my issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and they also offered a further goodwill gesture due to the delays incurred… So all is now good..
