The watch arrived quickly, feels like a great quality build, the strap is awesome and very comfortable. I look forward to seeing the next round of watches they create.

The watch itself will be delivered tomorrow. After a certain delay, my request was answered professionally and kindly. My suggestion is to increase the amount of updates. At least every other week the open orders should get an automatic update, to prevent puzzled customers waiting seemingly in vain. Still looking forward to the watch and still optimistic about it.

The looks and build of the timepieces is fantastic! The delivery was fast!! Looking forward to get more watches in the future. Hope you come out with a diver with blue dial and steel/mesh bracelet in the future! Would complete my collection.

Edited Review: Watch finally received, and it's beautiful and in excellent condition. I don't mind the delay, it was the total lack of communication which could have been avoided by a quick courtesy email, instead of the auto despatched email. Hopefully some lessons are being learnt and actioned. Have increased to a 3 star.

Initial review: Watch still not received, says shipped but 2 weeks later DHL say they are still awaiting it.
No reply to emails, customer service promises me a call back and it never happens. I think it’s a third party cs service, so I have no way of contacting the actual company and they aren’t responding at all. It’s a lot of money to not receive any communication over. I asked on the phone if it was likely I would receive the watch and was told ‘I honestly couldn’t tell you’.

This is the third watch I’ve bought so no problem there but the last one had the wrong strap and they don’t respond to email or phone calls. Just glad I didn’t want to do a return

Zero response on how to proceed to fix a watch 1 probably waiting for the warranty to expire; bought 3 items in « sales » sale applied only on the cheapest item. So far no follow up on complaints…. Below professional

I have three Rotate North watches and all superb and a great price highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a great watch company. Really cool solid tool watches with no nonsense traditional designs which are really clear to read. Great fast service, I would keep an eye on them.

We have not received anything !!! We are still waiting !! Have you sent it ??

Update - 25th March 25
I was contacted by Sarah in customer services and received and apology a replacement watch and an additional strap.

The watch is great quality and I'm very pleased with it. Very solid construction and a high end finish. Absolute bargain price as well, however the customer service was non existent.
I sent three e-mails on 9th, 10th and 11th of October and did state in the last e-mail I wouldn't leave a negative review but as I've received a request please see my e-mail copied below.

"I think your help e-mail address needs some assistance. I can completely appreciate that as a "micro brand" you are probably running on minimum staff to keep down costs, however you shouldn't supply an e-mail address that doesn't get monitored and replied to.

I wont bother writing a bad review as that's no help at all but I have certainly been put off buying from you again.

My order wasn't huge but it was still an order and an order from a new customer.

Any new customer has the potential to bring repeat business and recommendations for you brand. You really need to sharpen up your customer service. This really is very basic stuff.

The watch is a solid 9 out of 10 but your customer service is a generous 4 out of 10."

9th February 2025 - update.

Thank you for your reply on the 17th of November.

I'm very disappointed to say that my watch has now stopped working properly.

The hour and minute hand are now loose and when you move the watch both hands move around in jumps of 4 or 5 hours at a time. The minute hand appears to be dragging on the watch face.
When you attempt to manually set the watch the hour hand stays in place and the minute hand spins around.

I love the watch but there is very clearly a problem.

Will you repair / replace the watch please.

As a previous customer, am familiar with the good quality of Rotate North watches and they are clearly great value for money. However, it seems to take a while for watches to leave their warehouse and I have not yet received a response to any of my queries.

I loved my first watch so much I ordered a back up. This one will stay in reserve status for now. I have had my first one as a daily use for about four years and absolutely love it.

Amazing watch but customer service needs improving - getting a response was v slow after numerous emails and phone calls - however once they did get in touch I have now been refunded in full for the faulty watch so the situation was resolved

Waaaaay too long and i have received this email but not my watch band….

Superb watch, very wobbly logistics. This is my second Rotate North watch and both are beautiful and keep excellent time. They use an off-the-shelf movement of course but the cases are excellent, stylish, simple, robust. Alas the same cannot be said about the buying process, I had to chase, chase, chase before I eventually got a favourable response. Worth the hassle? Yes, definitely, but would have been so much better not to have been subjected to it in the first place!

Not responsive to email or phone calls. Over a week on my email and not even a read receipt. When I called customer service, they said that I would receive a call back, just does not seem to be as quickly as I anticipated. I have no way of knowing if my watch will be late or never arrive. Poor experience for a first time Rotate North customer.

It is now a month since my order. Still no response to email, phone call, or my review.

Hard to get hold of for answers and I’m being asked to write a review of something that’s not arrived. Poor show really, but their stuff is good, just not very punctual and I seemed to be ignored. C

Great service and a superb product. Very happy to be supporting a UK business which offers excellent quality at such a reasonable price.

Watch is nice. But the watch band is appealing but has an odor that is overpowering and lingers on your wrist.
