My experience was top-notch due to how fast it took to get approved for my stackable washer and dryer
But the dryer ended up having stink bugs 🪲 in it and when the dryer was drying clothes they came out but I haven't seen anymore

I never took a loan out what I didn’t get all the money and they want me to pay back all the money pay by $5000 and I only spent $2100. No that’s bad.

The Furniture store (Cozy Furniture in Jacksonville Florida--Arlington). Excellent service from the time we entered, the service lady explained different style items we were looking at and let us make comparison to other similar items in the store. Also went over financing and how easy it was to apply and get a response back.
Delivery to the house was also good.

Everything about the delivery and set up was wonderful. The Guys were amazing too.

Decent company for quick credit approval. Only problem I have is that if you pay a lot up front and then another large payment, they quit drafting from your account because they want all that interest so you must make your payments manually. They want you to forget so you miss your 90 day window.

This company is very #unrecommended# due to several #scams# and contracts. insufficient knowledge about the vendors.

This place is horrible. You can never speak to someone on the phone, its always chats. My lease said to be paid by 12/19. God knows I wish I wouldve taken a screenshot. My portal mysteriously said 12/16. I am very meticulous about my dates and debts. They said they could extend the 90 day option by 1 day, which would be the 17th. I asked if there was anyway they could extend it to 12/18, since that is when I get paid. They said NO. If the 1600 wasnt paid by the 16th then I owe the remaining 6,000. ONE. FREAKING.. DAY. I pay faithfully and ontime. Never ever again. Joycelyn was the "supervisor". Ive contacted them before about something else and got another rep. They do NOT believe in helping their customers. No wonder it was so easy to get approved. I wish I could give 0 stars. Im warning you. DONT DO IT. The crazy part is, I rarely write reviews.

This place is horrible! Very miss leading about the lease agreement. Purchase merchandise in May, they stated taking payment way in August. Thought they took last payment along with fourth three dollars to pay off account, they didn’t. Merchandise was supposed to be $843.00 paid that. Still have a balance for $1300.00 when I only had left to pay 120.00 ! Trying to talk to customer service is impossible! I will not pay another dime! They are a rip off! Why would I pay another 1343.00 on top of 734.00 when my lease was just 834.00? Bad Bad Bad business!!!!!

Its difficult to speak to any representative if you have questions about your lease. Also hard to get what you need done online as well
