Went in with my mind set on one thing ended up getting 2 things, The guy that helped was very nice and helpful I was in and out. Recommend to anyone my furniture is beautiful

When we decided to return for a new loan, kafene was quick and easy to help us that loan. They also give you different options to pay your loan off. You definitely decide which is a better option for you.

Kafene's service was not presented truthfully for what it was and I would not recommend this service for anyone that doesn't want to pay 3 times as much as the actual cost. It is a trap and I'm sad that I got caught up in it. I will be paying it off and I will not use it or go to Galleria Furniture again. The worst. They send constant payment reminders but they didn't give no notices about the early payoff deadline to save you money. This is definitely a predatory move — trapping customers into paying far more than the furniture is worth.

The office personnel was very helpful and excited to make sure I purchased the right wheels and tires for my truck,the entire crew was patient and wanted me to explain exactly what I was looking for so they could help,they are a great group of guys,and they enjoy helping the customers

The lease is to high price and if you don’t pay it off early your stuck with even higher price , it’s nice to get the things you need if you can afford to pay it full price. And don’t offer once a month payments every 2 weeks only for some that’s ok but for me it’s not. So I’m planning on paying it off early.

This company aligns with company who make poor quality merchandise. I do not like how you end up paying double price for things that could break before you pay it off. Kafene is a rip off.

Your emails are not accurate as to the payment schedule and balance. I receive many emails & texts that are junk. They reflect nothing of importance.
