I got Kafene through tire agent

I got Kafene through tire agent. I canceled my order through tire agent with in 4 hours because I ordered the wrong size. Kafene is still pulling the money out of my account after tire agent told them I canceled my order.

Very unprofessional company

Very unprofessional company. They will take money even when your merchandise was cancelled. They knew beforehand not to take my money but still did so. It took me weeks to get my money back. These crooks will charge a customer interest. But will not allow a customer to charge them interest for illegally taking their money. I hope companies like this fails with their usury and non accountability tactics.

Mostly your payment arrangements

Mostly your payment arrangements. There is no by monthly or monthly just because a payment comes out in a different month doesn't mean it's monthly. So 15th and 1st is still a by weekly payment so every two weeks .you are lieing to customer and putting them into hardship. You pulled 149 every two weeks that is 298 a month . Ridiculous. Just a terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone

Kafene makes purchasing our home furniture easy and reliable. We love the 90 day same as cash option and utilize it every time. The approval process is always smooth and swift. The payment portal and easy to use and we never have any problems with Kafene. Would recommend using Kafene 👌 10 out of 10

The staff was very helpful when talking…

The staff was very helpful when talking to them about your account and navigating the dashboard and different ways to set up your payment plan would like to see kafene in more business in my area ( binghamton, ny ) like olums, best buy , and maybe some auto repair shops for tires and repairs
