Reasonable automated ordering and delivery of part of order. The rest was missing. Emailed with information and remaining items turned up a few days later. Would have been nice to have an acknowledgement and answer to my chase-up email so I knew when to expect the rest of the order.

Order workflow smooth product not to spec
The order was smooth to process. The livestock fence was not to specifications. Weaker fence than expected. This would be better classed as for domestic (pets enclosure) than farm and wildlife proofing.

These people are useless
These people are useless. They sent me the wrong thing and then wouldn’t respond to my emails. I’ve given them one star but only because it’s not possible to give NONE.
Avoid them like the plague!!
Having finally, after a week, had a reply that has been very unhelpful, I stick to my original review. I would advise anyone considering using these people to think twice.

On our website, the Hessian is available in lengths ranging from 1 metre up to 10 metres, and a full roll of 46 metres is also available. The required length can be selected using the drop-down box labelled “Length” on the product page when placing an order. Quantity can be seen next to this to select quantity.
Based on the details shown on your order, we have supplied the exact length and quantity that was selected at the time of purchase.
We do understand that ordering mistakes can occasionally happen, and we are always happy to help where we can. However, in this case the item sent matches the length and quantity requested on the order.
We are here to help and certainly do not wish to cause any further frustration. If there is anything further you would like us to review regarding your order, please do let us know and we will be more than happy to assist.
