I arrived on site on the 10th no materials had been delivered the machines were on site ready to be framed up
Spoke to Rahul on the phone who was very help full he said he could deliver to site on Saturday but nobody works there then,he said he could deliver Monday this was no good
We had the materials delivered to my house on Saturday Morning we had to go into work for 5am on Monday morning to get the frames up before the engineers from Brighton turned up
This was not good putting 6mtr channel on a transit van that is why I paid for delivery

Parts missing. No response from company
I bought 3 brackets but the packaging was damaged on one of them and the fittings pack was missing. I emailed the company advising them of this, but I heard nothing back.

Quality very poor on materials.
I have been buying materials from Direct channel but I can say this time I am very disappointed in the quality of materials.
I have ordered galvanised plain channel and it came rusted inside.
Also the 225 cunteliver didn't look good quality.

What a great company Director Channel
What a great company! Not only are their prices great so are the staff. Went over to collect my trunking today, not 100% sure of what I needed. Could not have met a better team from the folk on the phone directing me in when I got lost to the guys sorting the order and the warehouse staff, polite, pleasant, and so helpful.
Will be posting on the forums as well, a true credit to the company.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free returns unless the goods are faulty, damaged or we have made an error with your order. We appreciate that this may not always be ideal, however we operate on very competitive margins and many of our products, particularly long-length items, are expensive to transport. In many cases, the cost of collecting a return can exceed the value of the goods themselves, making free returns unsustainable for us as a business.
We are always happy to arrange replacements at no cost where goods are damaged or there has been an issue on our side. Our returns policy is clearly displayed on our website before an order is placed so customers are aware of the terms in advance.
We have also checked our records and can only find one order under your name. This order was placed on 19/06/2026, dispatched on the next working day (22/06/2026) and delivered on 23/06/2026. If this isn't the order you're referring to, please let us know so we can investigate further.

Plates not for universal use
The plates are just what I wanted but it’s a pity that the hole in the plate behind the nut is too small to allow a screw to pass through the nut. I had to drill them out to make them useful for my purpose.

I purchased the 41 x 41 slotted channel and channel nuts and I couldn't be happier with my purchase, the two guys I dealt with were brilliant sorry I don't know their names I chose the collection option which made everything a lot cheaper.
