Fencing Pins - good price & quick delivery - Just the Job in fact!
The Fencing Pins ordered came at a very realistic price and were extremely good value for money. Despite being bulky and heavy, carriage was reasonably priced and delivery, which was tracked, was quick and easy. A very good experience all round and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ordered some fence spikes & warninging
Ordered some fence spikes. Arrived but wrong ones sent. Contacted them (Bob) Offered them cheap but of no use.
Apparently replacement to arrive today.
Asked for tracker - no reply.
Repackaged wrong ones and are ready for collection - no reply
Checked today for update - no reply. Suggested refund - no reply as yet.
All logged via emails for proof.
I don't mind a problem, it's how you deal with it.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.
Update: refund received.

Quality Service
I just cancelled an order due to wife buying item before I knew. The website is excellent, prices reasonable, coms brilliant. And cancellation process v nicely done and refund to come shortly. I will be buying next time for sure... but important to highlight companies that provide quality of service.

A great response
Recently placed first modest order with Just the Job. Prices were good and delivery prompt but unfortunately with a mistake on one item. So far not so good, however it was the response which caused me to give the 5 star rating. I called Emma who sorted the issue rapidly and very much to my satisfaction making me feel it was a personal matter to put things right and that I was happy.

Great to deal and responsive
I needed some 15mm pipe insulation and having researched prices I found Just the Job at Holmes Chapel to be the most competitive. They didn't stock the 2metre lengths I required, but Emma was most helpful and got a price for me and explained about lead time. As the price was still the best and they followed up on my call I ordered 265m of 2m insulation
