Poor customer support, the man was rude, condescending and had no clue how to sort out a simple issue. Please hire people who can speak English.

Please never order from this platform! Not only did I get the wrong item in my order (garlic cheese fries instead of curry cheese, and family member is extremely allergic to garlic) they also refused to help or give any refund for this! Extremely disappointing to see from this platform, it really has fallen off as I have been a regular user of the platform for years now, but this is seriously making me now just never use this platform again if they disregard their customers so much. If my family member ended up getting hurt as a result of this they could have been seriously hurt.

Very bad ordered a meal lazt night i never got it when i conraced just eat they told me they were not giving my money back but the take away said they has no drivdrs to deliver the meal but just eat said i was not getting my money back because they had the meal ready but i had no way of getting the food so had to cancel as they would not deliver what a waste of 30 euro my grandson was buying a meal for his mother to surprise her for mothers day and they would not give him his 30 euro back if you cant deliver the food they should give you your money back.very bad service.....

I don't know w ho the ceo of just eat is or what way she runs her company an absolute disgrace robbing people's food waiting too get your money back definitely the company is a shambles will be going further about it 5 orders not delivered app deleted never use them again and if people had any sense they wouldn't either

A Joke!!!! Over an hour and a half waiting for a delivery that I could have walked there myself 4 times and back because they have no drivers!!!! If you can’t provide a service, don’t promise that you will, wasted my time and can’t even throw a drink as courtesy what a disgrace

The order placed through your platform was for 8 Hot Wings, yet only 6 were delivered. This means the goods supplied were incomplete and not what I paid for. Your decision to refuse a refund or any corrective action is unacceptable.

Under Irish consumer law, including the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022, consumers are entitled to receive the goods they paid for. Where goods are missing or incorrectly supplied, the trader is required to provide an appropriate remedy such as a refund or replacement.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with escalating the issue. This will include submitting a formal complaint to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) and initiating a chargeback through my bank for goods paid for but not supplied.

In addition, I intend to share my experience publicly through reviews and with others I interact with professionally. I work in retail and speak with a large number of customers and people daily, and I will be open about this experience and the outcome of this matter.

I have been a Just Eat customer for over 10 years, which makes this response particularly disappointing. I would strongly encourage you to review this matter again and resolve it appropriately.

I can see why the reviews are so bad... their chat function is useless... waiting over an hour for an order to be delivered within 35 minutes, and latest update on site is another hour or more...

No response to Just Eat Chat and finally through to the restaurant... who can't help as it is all organised through Just Eat.

With a delivery that may take 2 hours to get here... dreadful services on all parts, and systems that are designed to not be responsive to customers who have issues.

Also, quite telling.. no response to any of the complaints on here from Just Eat... obviously don't care a jot.

To add insult to injury, a driver turned up and then cycled by ... called him 3 times to ask him to return the way that he came. Eventually blocked my calls and marked the delivery as complete... I called the partners number and was told that they could see all this, and now I await a refund... Needless to say, AVOID

Waited over 90 minutes for a delivery. Food was cold. Customer service really unhelpful. I will not use Just Eat again after this experience. Even their feedback option on their website is broken when you click on it.

Good selection of restaurants to choose from. However, not all restaurants provide the service expected. But overall a good experience

The Delivery Takes longer then IT should be by time IT gets Here ITS cold. Delivery Has my pfone Nummer but keep saying cant get true.

Easy 2 use and great when u have no cash to order

It depends on where I order from. McDonalds can be hit or miss in that most of the time the food arrives cold and it seems that you have to request milk with your Americano.
With other locations,it depends on how many orders they have and whether your order arrives in one piece.
Overall, a great facility and one stop shop where there is a great choice of restaurants and a facility to see the approximate time of delivery.

Ordered. Paid online. Received confirmation that order was received. Drove there. Received confirmation that order was ready for collection. Takeaway was shut and had been shut all evening.

Just Eat are ruining small businesses. I ordered food from a small business and the food arrived freezing cold. This is not the restaurants fault but the driver for Just Eat who take on multiply orders at once. The customer service is non existent and this is the lies they sent me. It took him 15 minutes to eventually tell me when the driver collected my food. This restaurant is 15 mins away. He magically got it to me in 4 minutes and was absolutely freezing cold. The restaurant had it made but he didnt update his system for ages. I wish businesses had their own delivery service and we could stop wasting our time on Just Eat

Robbers !! I have made numerous orders with just eat and any time I order McDonald’s for my kids there is always missing iteam and when I email just eat you get the same reply each time which is

They never compensate you for the items
That are missing ,this has happened multiple times ,never order from just eat !! Try somewhere else and there also more expensive then ordering from other places.

Confirmed food was collected from restaurant and could see delivery driver on app near house but then delivered appeared on app. FOOD WAS NOT DELIVERED. Last time using Just Eat!

Should be able to give 0 stars.

No customer service at all.

Hard to get the money back after order being cancelled.

ETA on the orders 30-40 min, expect to be 1.5-2 h at least.
