Great layout and very easy to pick restaurant based on category. Very quick and easy to navigate. I especially like the time shown for delivery and the map is great also. Really well designed.

I got an email from just eat with a €8 voucher which didn't work at the checkout. I contacted customer service and they weren't able to help, so they escalated the issue to a supervisor or a manager. They ensured I will be phoned back and they never contacted me again. I sent 2 emails and no reply. I don't see the reason of sending emails to people with codes that don't work.

Just eat used to be a great company at "FIRST".I used to use them twice a week or more for over a 10 year period!! But once they started with this service charge for customers was a bad move on their behalf..To make things worse the restaurants get charged 20%..

So what a lot of restaurants have done is increased their prices on Just Eat, but if you were order the same meal off the restaurant's own app or in the physical restaurant, it would be a lot cheaper!!

Things need to change Just Eat!!

I ordered food at 17:45 with just eat from a restaurant 5 mins away, I was in work an hour away and it was for the kids, I didn’t keep an eye on it but my kids called 2 yes 2 hours later to say it hadn’t arrived, I checked the status it said it would be delivered in the next hour ! This was at 19:45 so as I was on the at home I called just eat got a nice chap told me to go to the restaurant even though I ordered through just eat and to cancel my order! So arrived at the restaurant the manager was very nice, she got me a new order as she advised that the food was sitting there for over two hours and I rang to tell my kids not to accept the delivery drivers order as it would have been freezing and the drinks would have been dead, but they took it in due to being hungry and the food stone cold, just eat were so rude brushing me off refused to help didn’t offer any compensation even though the foods was stone cold, but thankfully my kids did get something to eat with the understanding of the restaurant who seem to be sick of just eat also, but just eat said they can’t do anything not even a voucher or nothing and won’t refund me either !!! Do better just eat

159988787 order number. Restaurant rang me to say they had none of my food in stock and asked me to cancel from my side as they couldn't. I tried, no button. I politely asked an agent in chat. Continously got bot answers of thanks for your patience, please hold for 10 minutes. I still was nice and said that's ok. Then I explained again restaurant asked me to cancel, they don't have my food, I need refund so I can order my lunch as half is account credit. Agent said good news the rider is on the way to pick up your food! I said um no they're not what are you talking about, are you even reading messages? Got bot answers for another ten minutes. Refused actually read my query. Restaurant rang me asking why I hadn't cancelled. I was nearly in tears at this point.
They kept sending rider, agent refused read my actual query. Convinced Just Eat hire AI as agents and pretend they're people.
Eventually after I asked for manager, and wouldn't get off chat, agent said he might do me a courtesy refund..
A COURTESY FOR WHAT?? the restaurant not having my food and asking me to cancel??
I asked for manager follow up, and heard nothing. Refund was done..
24 hours later a senior advisor emailed and said yeah your refunds done. Did not apologise for customer service or say it's not a courtesy. I'm now using Uber eats , despite being loyal just eat customer for ten years.

I made a mistake of not putting delivery but I’m happy I did coz I went to ziqi & picked up my order.i was just talking the waitress who asked if I wanted the order due to heat.i took it & it tastes fantastic

Just deleted the app and removed my account. I will no longer order from this website as they removed the individual reviews, the lack of transparency is off putting as take aways become increasingly expensive.

Great app its so handy to have lots of options to choose from. So quick to order and check progress. Delivery is very prompt and efficent.

As long term customers we have never been disappointed by your service. Your couriers are prompt, efficient and pleasant. Well done!

Tried to purchase a e voucher for my daughter for her wedding anniversary as she has just had a baby i have spent over 30 mins trying to enter the captcha numbers and letters to no avail i contacted customer service and got advised this is the only way so i have given up at this stage its not customer friendly

I have a theory that the reason food often gets stolen is so the drivers can get something free to eat while making money.
All the drivers I've encountered over the last two months are either clueless or ignorant on purpose, disrespecting over nothing.
They're feeding off us like rats.
I happened to get a bad cold/flu after id ordered small groceries, coincidence?
