JTF 

No communication about delivery, items damaged and really bad customer service due to slow response

Ordered 2 radiotor covers online at the beginning of May. Arrived quickly but one item was slightly damaged. Have tried several times to make contact and still waiting for this to be resolved!They never answer the phone and rarely reply to emails, when they do you get the same response.
Terrible customer service, avoid this company.

Utter rubbish!
The worst company I have EVER had the misfortune to have dealt with.
Never delivered my item. Battled to get my money back and they don't reply to your emails.
Telephone number is invalid too.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Just shocking that you put orders in can’t get em because without warning they shut the site of and without warning a week later they all close down just thankfull I got my shed in time though I new there was trouble when the place the shed was being delivered from had told me that they had to hold my shed due to problems with jad account though I had paid in full

Shocking ordered a gazboo waited 5 weeks. So I contacted yourselves asking where my order was then to be told its out of stock. I feel that if I had not contacted I would still be waiting, refund was provided after I contacted yous when if you know something is out of stock customer should be notified alot earlier.

Customer service from JTF is appalling. You cannot get any response on the telephone and emails take 3 days to be responded to !
Agreed delivery times lapse and in my case my delivery went from 4 weeks to 10 weeks without any plausible explanation.
Not a good experience, would not order goods from JTF again.

I bought a shed, expecting it to arrive within 10days as stated prior to purchasing. It arrived months later… I contacted JTF on numerous occasions and didn’t get a reply. I sent 4 emails until I received one back. No discount or partial refund was given. I found the staff quite rude. I emailed the supplier to ask what was happening, they stated that JTF hadn’t released the order so they can’t send it. Huge problems and a lot of stress. I would have gone else where for better service.

The shed is ok, cannot complain in regards to that.

Buying and delivery went very well. Had a problem with the seat but this was sorted very well. Would recommend JTF.

Absolutely useless tells you orders are sent out but never arrive , seems I’m not the only one though . Had to get bank to refund my money as they never reply to asking for money back . Never buy from this company

Ordered a sofa for 500£ which I paid straight away with my card. Waited for over a month without any information about the process of the order, after I tried to contact customer service but of course they don’t have a number which you can call, so waited another week after I wrote an e-mail to them and then I got told that they couldn’t fulfill my order because of stock issues and my order will be refunded.
At least I got back my money after another week of waiting…
So, to sum up I waited more than 6 weeks for my sofa to be delivered which I paid upfront, and even though I paid the whooping 60or70 something pounds for the delivery as well, I never got what I ordered. Don’t know what a nonsense company is, but best to avoid it at all costs.

Delivery was over a month late. The product was cheap, I asked for a discount and after a lot of emails and a fight it was agreed to give me 10% 2 months later and a lot of emails I've still not received my refund, trust me this company doesn't give a monkeys about you. Shop elsewhere.

I have ordered from this company and my goods were delivered when they said it would very pleased with service and quality
