Having had the windows installed by 5 Star last year, after obtaining some quotes, I used them again for my double French doors.

The ordering process worked well, however, the fitting has not gone so well. After a few days it was not possible to lock the door very well and an engineer came out the following afternoon although it was not the easiest experience to organise.

A few days later and I'm beginning to have issues with the door again - locking the door is a little difficult, it requires a lot of force to use the handle (push it down) and there is a noise which I'm not sure if the door is scraping on something or if it is coming from the hinge.

This hasn't been reported again as yet as who can afford to keep taking time off work for this to be fixed again?

Had to wait a number of days to obtain a log in and then the course wasn't visible to start. A further delay waiting for a response from support.

Course itself was poor quality, especially the sound which wasn't helped with the speaker not having an English accent. Her grammar was poor, often talking about the next step before finishing what was on screen. She often kept flicking between screens making the course so much longer than it needed to be. Not everything in the course booklet was covered by the course speaker.

It then took a number of days and emails to support to obtain the free PDF certificate stated as they were trying to charge extra for it.

It was easy to purchase the game pass at a good price. The only downside as it was a 12 month pass that 4 codes were received to input - having just 1 code would be so much easier

Phoned to check renewal details. After a short wait an adviser checked the details with me to ensure the cover was as required. I said I would purchase the policy and she suggested she could take payment or I could go online (no pushy sales) so I agreed for to take the payment which was a quick and easy process.

After a couple of days Matalan decided to cancel my order without explanation. I have tried to establish why it was possible to place an order in the first place but customer service is so poor

Since changing to E.on so called smart meters I don't necessarily receive my gas bill, only electric. Never had any problems with giving monthly meter readings before.

Waste of money as did not give the results claimed.

Arrived within the timeslot. Extremely polite and helpful crew placed the door in the room where I asked (some delivery companies leave it at the door!)

Extremely disappointed with delivery as waited over 2 weeks. Very little communication. Glasses were fine though.

No communication about delivery, items damaged and really bad customer service due to slow response

Use time and time again. Great prices and excellent next day delivery with new release games arriving on time.
