Don’t use this company wow let’s begin with before Christmas I sent an old phone in after accepting a much lower offer it took 16 working days to get my money wow indeed but thought it’s Christmas let them of anyway my I got my partner a new phone so sent hers through Royal Mail on the 17 of January I kept the receipt and got a message from them after 4 days saying they got it then it’s being tested they came back with a low offer I said no then came back with another of which I accepted though still low anyway was told payment will take up to 7 days well I don’t no if this company is struggling but I now waited 15 working days and just keep getting fobbed of that there busy and now the latest email back says there escalating it like wow what is going on anyway after what practically five weeks I have no phone and no money

Worst experience ever and I mean ever with the company that is on this site it’s a mobile recycling site called (ur) do not on my life go to these clowns I sent my mobile in to them on 17 of January no lie I have the receipt from the post office on 21 I get a text and email saying phone arrived so far so good then it took a by week for it to be booked in and tested for them to lowball me with an offer I said no I accepted an offer in the end and thought ok cool they say payment will be 7 days well no word of a lie it’s been 3 weeks I have still had no money for the phone and I send emails to be fobbed of with oh there busy now it’s there escalating the case for my money it’s so weird and dodgy but I’m getting no money and no phone back and they had this phone for close to 5 weeks now but to be fair the comparison site have been in touch and trying to help this is not on the comparison site using them was quick and easy I have given 5 stars like I said I got an email from Jamal and no joke with Jamal being in touch within two hours ur suddenly pays up so many thanks

Very good sofa delivered well even with tight passageway Damian and Peter got it in with no damage and assembled it to well and showed how to use all the extras with the corner sofa bed but I’m adding while getting in passage way they gave the radiator a whack and now the radiator pipes are now leaking and I’m now footing the bill to repair the leaks to this radiator not happy at all and you get in touch and twice I been blanked

Ease of use of app clear instructions of what to do as well can use anywhere you need it and was given a usefull amount to start with

Always been good with my parcels if it following instructions I leave or delivering I had a lot of deliveries and touch wood never had a problem yet

First time ordering from this shop online read some of reviews and was nervous but nothing to worry about the coat was delivered in good time and perfect condition and looks really good so pleased with the purchase

The most pointless new savings rewards ever bring back points for a fiver I shop for a broad range of goods here from bread to bears to deodrants and allsorts but I keep receiving the same two rubbish deals of ten percent of my next pack of kitkats and 10 percent of a loaf of bread lol nothing for expensive things like beer and spirits so so shocking and to top it of it won’t even eccept my nhs email

Very very poor app I had a credit limit of 200 great brought what I needed paid on time my repayments except one which was two days late that my fault but I even paid my repayments early went to buy something else with the 200 pound credit I had to be told it’s under review to be told no I have no credit now shocking and to now rub salt in the wounds the last two repayments I made early they took one out so How really does that happen

So so so poor I pay on average 200 pound a month for phones and tablets a month I always pay yet the greedy people want even more from you do not under any circumstance upgrade with ee they rip you off always upgrade with car phone warehouse wow I saved a fortune with them for the same phone but a better package and no it’s just greed
