Rug was damaged by courier on arrival. Notified them straight away, sent pictures etc. It took several weeks to get it collected so that we could get a refund (courier didn’t show up on 2 days as arranged and finally arrived at 8pm the wrong evening!) Now over 2 weeks after collection still no refund. Disgraceful service.

I was thrilled with next day delivery even though I ordered my rug on Fri afternoon! I’m delighted with my rug, the quality is excellent. Great company to deal with. I won’t hesitate to buy again.

I ordered my new rug online and it came within 48 hours . Fantastic quality for the money , however the shade was wrong so I called customer service and they told me to take back to Boucher Road showroom which is close to me . The staff at the showroom couldn’t be more helpful and friendly and helped me find right shade . Nothing was too much trouble. My new rug was delivered in less than 24 hours . Fab service from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

Initially when the rug arrived it wasn’t the correct size but customer service were fantastic and sorted it out so quickly. The rug itself is so lovely it’s a jute style thats washable, I was expected it to be more rough but it’s so soft and makes our sitting room look lovely. Fantastic company. They’ve so many lovely styles I’ll be going back for more :)

Great design, great material and exactly as pictured. Looks expensive. Delivery was quick and efficient will definitely shop with Kukoon again.

I visited the Newry store to place and the lady who was working could not have been any friendlier or more helpful advising me with sizes.

Poor quality of rug, and poor customer service. I've sent an email addressing defects with the rug and attached photos and they responded but completely ignored my concern. I do not recommend. I will be returning this rug and I am expecting a full refund once item is received on their end.

This is the second rug I’ve ordered from Kukoon. When the first one started to fade in areas that were walked on more frequently I contacted customer services, they assured me that it must have been a faulty item and offered refund or replacement. I ordered my second believing this explanation. The second rug has faded all over, it has lost its rich colour and has snagged in several places from vacuuming. I contacted customer services they determined that it didn’t meet their criteria as a manufacturing defect, they never even asked for photos! My advice would be to not buy from this company, the rugs look great but lose their colour after a couple of months, this would be ok if you want to constantly replace them.
