I bought a shed, expecting it to arrive within 10days as stated prior to purchasing. It arrived months later… I contacted JTF on numerous occasions and didn’t get a reply. I sent 4 emails until I received one back. No discount or partial refund was given. I found the staff quite rude. I emailed the supplier to ask what was happening, they stated that JTF hadn’t released the order so they can’t send it. Huge problems and a lot of stress. I would have gone else where for better service.

The shed is ok, cannot complain in regards to that.

Easy website and amazing watches. Quite annoyed I received an email explaining I could use a discount code after I had purchased my item. The discount is only applied to the first order unfortunately. Any advice to others, check your emails before buying!!
