J’ai commandé quelques truc et le paiement est passé mais j’ai rien reçu. Et quand je les ai appelé ils m’ont dis que la livraison est annuler . Qui peut me dire qu’es que je dois faire pour mon rembourser mes 150$ ? Vraiment je suis déçu.

All products of this company are not accurate and the quality of the products is very poor ,,,also the measurments all are false ,,, I do not recommend this company at all,,,

I didn't order anything from them but...

...they're selling brandless clothing for high prices. They do not present enough infos for the buyer to check.

The whole site needs a serious revamp.

Beware of this ecommerce site. I have been charged for $372 in total on my debit bank account. The incident occured this December 10 at night 10pm (Europe time) when the 4 charges of $93 stated under Jollychiccom Dubai Txae, I don’t even know that Jollychic Company exists not until I found out these charges in my bank transactions. I have reported this fraud incident to their customer service via email but unfortunately up until now no updates and whatsoever information about my case. This is my ticket number for my complaint 826690 and CSR named Razan who assisted me couldn’t provide me any updates and one thing more Razan asked me to provide order number, how would I be able to give the order number with these trasactions when I did not order anything from Jollychic Com? Maybe I could provide all my addresses and check if there is existing customer who is using my address. This matter they could actually simply look at the address and name of the customer versus credit or debit card that have been used. I have provided my card number with Razan to forward it to the concerning department but I don’t know what took them so long for them to check the information who made these transactions and find out the addresses for sure you have all the informations infront of you but what keeping you updating your customer with these matters? I understand that this is not the only case that you are all resolving but that’s not an excused for you to use and giving you the right to linger resolving my case. This is a very serious matter.

Jollychic is a fraud I have been cheated the stuff is suck and horrible and even openly cheating in website they'll show as free but after u bill u'll see u'll be charged. If ask for refund she's showing fake account and Rob 75 percent of your money it's been 3 months now I didn't receive my order yet out of 15 products I received on 2 dirty stinky damaged shirts don't believe the pics on the website they r fake the stuff they deliver is horrible and worthless

U cheat shame on your customer service no courtesy to speak to a customer and on the live chat installed a cheap auto reply software it just gives you multiple choice which is not all related to your question. And when I said it's 3 months n I didn't receive my order yet he said go n check with the courier company. Tracking the delivery is my job or ur. I'll expose u so that no else will be cheated and will not go through with this

Don't get suckered in!! The photos look great, sizes are way off and the product comes from China so if you need to return for a different size or if you just don't like it, they will offer you 10% off instead of returning it! Seriously not worth the money nor time!!

I advice no one to never think of bother themselves buying from this low quality and service website , they have no respect for thier costumers , and a robot is who answers when you have a problem ,
I ve ordered a 100 $ order and they call me at 8:46 am to comferm the order which i ve done with an email at 8:48 am , but they canceled it and when i emailed them asking why the robot answered that i didnt confirm it , and when i sent them the screen shots showing the time and the email of confirmation , the robot apologized lol ,
The problem is that they ve already took the money and i didnt get my money yet , but i had an other order which was in preparation and it was of 98 $ , again after twi days of causing me this they canceled the second one too , and when i emailed them they sent the same email as the first one , than i knew it was just an auto-replay machine
Now 200 $ have gone and i get no answer and people are asking me about their things because all the 200$ was just peoples orders cause this is what i am doing for living .
This company have ruined my business and still do ,
All i want now is my things and please never ever ever think of dealing with such a scum website like that one .

Jollychic is very annoying its literally everywhere, it annoys me and everyone around me. This isn't the sensible way to advertise your company, every page I open jollychic appears, it makes me not wanna buy from your company. its annoying!

Must be consistent ! The one in the picture and what they send is different . I will not order class brand in this online shop anymore. If you can’t provide the item tje like you post better no need to put . Really disappointed!!

The worse... I made a purchase and apply a discount because of that, they cancell the order several time...they lie to me saying that I haven't confirm the order... But YOU NEVER SEND EMAIL TO ME.. otrzymałam maila z przeprosinami i zwrot środków. Pozdrawiam :)

Firma krzak- zgadzam się. Wiele lat korzystałam z powodzeniem z serwisu, jednak teraz to tylko oszuści i złodzieje. Zamówione rzeczy przyszły fatalnej jakości i odesłałam. Przesyłka ze zwrotem przez DPD nie została odebrana, wróciła oklejona odmową odbioru. Dwa tygodnie błagalnych maili, permanentnie głuchy telefon i otrzymałam niewinny mail, że nic nie wiedzą o przesyłce. Ponownie poniosłam koszt i wysłałam pocztą polską jak poinstruowano mnie w mailu. I cisza. Przesyłka odebrana 19-10-2018 jak widzę ze śledzenia przesyłki, pieniędzy brak. Kontakt zdawkowy z service@jollychic... Polski sklep@jollychic... również milczy. Na koncie widzę, że zwrot został zamknięty- cokolwiek to znaczy. Zgłosiłam zawiadomienie o podejrzeniu popełnienia przestępstwa i oszustwo do rzecznika praw konsumenta, niech im płazem nie ujdzie. Im więcej ludzi zdecyduje się walczyć o swoje tym lepiej. Ostrzegam wszystkich, kilkaset złotych lepiej wpłacić na wielką orkiestrę żeby posłużyły potrzebującym niż finansować oszustów z Jollychic!

I shop online however JollyChic is one of the worst sites there is. Clothing looks NOTHING like the photo. Fabric was also different than pictured, and I never got a refund. They tried to give me a credit to buy something else, however I was not interested considering the first item I bought looked like trash. DO NOT BUY from them.

I ordered 5 extra large tops. I received 2 tops that are smaller than and extra small. I normally wear a large top but thought I’d play it safe and go with XL.
These tops don’t even cover my bellybutton and now I have to pay for them to be sent back even though this is clearing inaccurate sizing. I thought maybe I could give them to a friend of mine who normally wears a small T-shirt, they were way too small for him.
When calling the number for returns. My call just gets rejected. It is a local uae mobile number and is clearly being rejected rather than just answered.
Definitely don’t support these people.

J'ai reçu tout mes colis, trop contente !!! je recommande à fond ce site ils ont beaucoup de choix et la qualité/prix sont au rendez-vous, en plus les articles sont super bien emballé. J'adore ce site chinois, bientot la prochaine commande !! Attention aux tailles mais ca va ils expliquent bien, il faut juste bien suivre les instructions

Przestrzegam wszystkich użytkowników aby nie zamawiali towaru z firmy Jolly Chic. Firma nie odpowiada na telefony, nie ma możliwości zrobienia zwrotu uszkodzonego w transporcie towaru. Firma DHL która dostarczyła paczkę do Polski twierdzi, że reklamacje powininen złożyć nadawca z Hong Kongu do DHL w Hong Kong-u. I koło sie zamknęło. Zostałam z potłuczoną i uszkodzona zupełnie porcelaną i pustym porfelem. Proszę być ostrożnym przy wyborze tego sklepu!!!
