Scammers!!.
I bought a some bed sheets and carpets which costed me 100 usd and they came old and dirty and the bedsheets were the wrong products , i gave them back and asked for a refund , keep in mind that i did it maybe late 2019 and guess what around 5 years later and i still dont have the money😂😂😂😂

I ordered a crochet bright color dress that tied behind the neck. The dress took a month to arrive only to be made of a cheap shiny polyester material nothing at all like the picture!! Very, very disappointed please don’t order from the company extremely deceiving!!

لقد قمت بالطلب من موقع جولي شيك ، وتأخر التوصيل جدًا لمده شهرين ، ثم قامت شركه جولي جيك بأرجاعها رغبه منها ، والمبلغ القطع لم يصل لي للان مع العلم مرت ٦ اشهر على ارجاعها ، عندما اتواصل معهم يقولون انهم اوسلوا المبلغ اكن ذهبت للبنك ولم يصل شئ.

I've requested for the cancellation of my order while the status is "preparing" using email cuz the chatbot is useless. I've waited for 3 days without hearing anything from them and suddenly shipped the item without my consent. Not a good indication for a first time shopper of jollychic. Stay away at all cost.

It is scam, they asked me to send a picture of my bnk card!! do they think we are stupid or something? no answer from customer service of course!

My first order from this site was 4 years back (that speaks of being a not so impressed customer). Products were just okay, delivery was around a month i guess. But owing to whatever, I decided to give it another try last weekend. Really good offers were there for a known brand and to my surprise order arrived only after 2 days. I was happy and satisfied by the additions to my closet from Jollychic!

I tried to cancel my order but i dont know how because it is my first time, the status of my order are for preparing process but due to system error, the system didnt cancel my order even i tried many times, then i contact an robot costumer service and the robot say he cannot cancel my order since it already shipped. To my surprise i see that the status change to preparing to shipped (the interval of status from preparing to shippedis just an hour), now i can't cancel my order. I tried to call an costumer agent but he also said that he cant cancel my order and they will remarks it as refused. Now it is my fault because i refused to accept the item. Amazing Costumer Agent, they didnt even try to understand what happened. It is a system error on your side. I tried to cancel it thrice when its on preparing status but the system didnt allow me.

Irresponsibility people, 100 times contacted customer care & main office located in Saudi never considered as a customer. Some items ordered- JA201231152149004756980 for new year celebration still waiting for it.

I think jolly is fake business...my first order went smoothly..second order was to be delivered after 7days but after seven days it turned to 14days.....when i track the order i see it delivered and ready for pick up ...no one called to confirm anything..luckily i did not pay in advance!!!!

I bought from jollychic several times, in most of them they tell me after paying that some of the Items I bought are not available, then I keep waiting for them to return the price of these items. The last time they didnt return the money. It was about $8.

just had my second order, everything went smoothly recieved my items in excellent condition delivery time was within a week. over all great

I placed on(12-02-2020) order one lenovo laptop cost price of 1604, but they not delivered(15-02-2020) at the same price. The jollychic staff's are told me if u need give extra 200 riyal(1800 riyal) we will deliver Tomorrow, otherwise we can't deliver your order. I will asking one question why they didn't told me before delivery date, they are what the... Is thinking about costumer. Jollychic very bad experience with you today,. If u advertised one things asking other, it's thinking@ jollychic very alibaba.

Since two weeks I been contacted by 4 x delivery guys who promised to deliver my stuff. All they do is send a WATSAPP to share the location and after that nothing happens. I did send an email to customer service and they apologized and promised me that the stuff will be delivered soon. I heard feedbacks from many people on how poor they are in delivery so to keep myself safe I paid the extra for COD. I’m telling you honestly that was one of the best decision I made. Their delivery service guys from ASBAQ just lie. Since two weeks my stuff is in the kingdom in some delivery guys car. One thing is for sure I’m never using this app again ! This has been the worst experience for me in online shopping. I can imagine what they must have done for those who ordered expensive stuff and prepaid for it.

DONT BUY FROM HERE. ITEMS COME.DAMAGED AND THEY DONT WANT YOU TO RETURN

Not even capable of one star SUCH A USELESS APP i ordered a really expensive machine from this jollychic company and it turned out not as mentioned in the manual it was a fake machine i contacted the customer care service and applied for after sale service returning policy . they remembered well to give the order but when i told them flaws about their product and applied for return policy the date was going due to 15 days they and i waited for my refund but still they didnt give my money back or no contact from them . WALLAHI dont trust jollychic at all its a FRAUD company . pleaseee if u want customer security Please trust me and avoid this fraud company as much as possible .Thank you jollychic for making me lose trust in all the other online shopping stores . And thanks for the good FRAUD . LOVELY.Allah is watching u frauds. ASTAGFIRULLAH shame on u aalllll. I was so happy when i received the order but now I have hate on u as much as hellfire .
