I placed on(12-02-2020) order one lenovo laptop cost price of 1604,but they not delivered(15-02-2020) at the same price. The jollychic staff's are told me if u need give extra 200 riyal(1800 riyal) we will deliver Tomorrow, otherwise we can't deliver your order.i will asking one question why they didn't told me before delivery date,they are what the........ Is thinking about costumer.jollychic very bad experience with you today,..if u advertised one things asking other,it's thinking @ jollychic very alibaba.

By far the most horrible company ever. You dont receive any communication. I made an order, and didnt receive any confirmation email or whatsoever. Had to contact their contact center multiple times, to see where my order was. They said everytime they were working on it. After more than a week, I received a simple sms saying that my order is cancelled. No e-mail, no headsup no nothing. And then you have to wait for more than a week to receive your money back in USD.

NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY FROM THERE.

January 18, this is my 4th order in Jollychic. I received my 1st,2nd, and 3rd order ON TIME - NO DELAY with FETCHR courier as they have confirmed and the exact date when to receive your item. NOW ITS AJOOUL (i don't know why they changed) I am using the same address as before, and suddenly i checked AJOUL tracking and it says "HOLD TO BACK TO RUH" "RECEIVED WRONG AREA" (what the hell) so i called them last January 21 because they are not calling me. they told me that they will forward it to their Dammam warehouse from HAFAR AL BATIN! SO I WAITED! after 5 days, I called them again Jan 26 and they told me it is still in Hafar batin, but they told me 5 days ago they will forward. So they asked my Whatsapp to send my location. so I sent it. and told me that they will forward again to Dammam. After 6 days, I saw the tracking it was OUT FOR DELIVERY. and someone is calling me that he is in KHAFJI and asking my address?! WhattheF! I gave them my whatsapp Location and they promised to forward in Dammam warehouse! after 11 days they did not do what they have told me to forward the item! I called them again and they let me talk the manager, she promised that this time I wont worry as they will forward it to dammam! but Feb 5, its for delivery again but not in my place in NARIYAH, its in KHAFJI AGAIN! i answered the delivery guy that I am in NARIYAH not KHAFJI. then the system updated Shipment Not Delivered (Complete address - No answer) Sh8t! you can see how many times i followed up and now the status I AM NOT ANSWERING THEIR CALL? they promised to correct the delivery area for 3 times!! but NOTHING CHANGED! still, now I did not receive my item! WORST SERVICE! with JOLLYCHIC they are not even exerting effort to follow up! they will just say PLEASE CONTACT THE COURIER COMPANY!!! Sh8T!!!

I would give it a zero Stars if I could. It took months to receive my product and I could not believe my eyes when I actually got them and saw them today. Absolute trash! It took 3 months of emailing back and forth to this company wondering where in the world my order was. Literally in the world because clearly it came from China. They're absolute garbage and came in a little tiny bag from my u.s. postal worker. This is the copy of the email that I sent to the company.

Just wanted to let you know that I received the boots today. I have never been more disappointed in the cheap quality and materials and workmanship of these boots. I have waited months to receive these only to get the cheapest piece of junk I've ever wasted money on. I'm not going to return them because I'm quite sure it'll take another three months to get my money back. There is glue stuck all over the sides of the soles of these boots and the so-called leather is nothing more than an incredibly thin piece of plastic. They have foam soles for God sakes! I guess I got taken for a ride and I guess I can accept that but I won't let it go without posting comments so that the next person doesn't get taken for a ride as well.

If I knew how to post a picture of the actual boots I would do it here but I can't figure out how to attach a picture

The delivery boy called me I did answer and I request him to come after 4pm then I send him the location but he didn’t show up and I contacted him again but he was not responding
Then I was surprised that it mentioned in the tracking order that I did not respond to the call

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the product delivered to me. It is completely contrary to what is displayed online. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I would prefer you to refund my money because I cannot even put on the stupid dress you guys sent to me. It is either you provide me with what you display online or you refund my money. I have NEVER been this disappointed in my life with online shopping.

It's not one star. It's Zero if I could. I sent my return package on the 16th of December with a signature required and these mentally challenged people ( especially RAWAN AND FARAH ) have been repeating the same thing to me over and over again. That is take two weeks for it to be delivered. it has been five now, the last delivery attempt was on the 4th of January and this is starting to drive me crazy because they don't even read the emails or read fluent English ( or write it for that matter). They keep saying that when they receive the package they will send me my money back. They also forgot to send two items in my last order for which they expected me to fill in a return application form on their stupid website. this is ridiculous. I had to revert to legal matters because they do not even care.

They steal their customers !!!
I paid 244 AED for an order including (jacket with value 225 and free gift+ 19 cash extra fee), and the order was wrong: the jacket was a wrong item and the free gift was damaged. All I asked was a refund for the total amount, and now they didn’t refund me except for the jacket’s value (225) and I lost those 20 AED because of their fault !!!

Number will not register meaning no shipping address. Tried everything in the book, and contacted them, can only wait.

Hi I bought a portable blender and it just arrived today but it seems its bot working. I tried to charge it already for how many hours but it didn't work thanks

If I could give a "zero" in quality I would these boots are so bad it's so horrible I can't even explain how bad these boots are, one zipper is broke in the middle of the zipper, their nothing like the picture depicts, no arch support, and to think how excited I was to get them, it took from October till 2 days ago to get my boots, they came in a bag, which is unacceptable, they should've been in a box, the toes are crumpled, my heel won't stay in place, this is the worst pr of boots I've ever bought, asking for a refund and I best get it, I'm turning them in for fraud.

Very poor quality boots. Missing stitching on boots and flap over heel as depicted in pictures in their advertisement. No arch support. Color is far from photo. Initially they offered gift card to their store which I told them no since everything they advertised is fraudulent. Took 2 months before boots arrived in a bag. Good scam artists. Don’t buy from china

Why is JC call center employee calling to confirm and send my credit card pictures and my sms from bank? i thought this should be done via the PSP (Payment service provider)

I ordered two pairs of boots on Oct 13 and still have not received them. When I attempt to track them the lady update was on 11/25/19 showing they are still in China. I will be asking for my money back. This is ridiculous. I have emailed twice and been told they are hand made and would be shipped within one month of ordering. Never mentioned at least another month to get here. Wish I had known this was over seas, I would have never bought them.

I have been waiting over 5 weeks for boots that I purchased. They better be worth it. I have contacted the seller several times. Received a tracking number 2 weeks ago. The tracking notes show that the package is still in China waiting to ship. Really???!! Horrible delivery process. I will wait one more week before asking for my money back. The boots better be EXACTLY as advertised.
