This is the worst company on the face of this planet.

I ordered some items from Jollychic, but unfortunately, some of the things they sent me were wrong, and I want to return those.
I went to their website, and I saw they have the door to door pickup service as per their policy, and I thought this is excellent service, but man I was wrong. When I want to after the sale page and select the items I wished to return, the only option it gave me was to go to the post office and ship the items and door to door pickup option nowhere to be found. I thought it must be an error and I will sort it out with the customer care.
I contacted their customer care and told them about the issue.
They replied that this service is not available anymore due to coronavirus. I think this doesn't make any sense if they have delivery they should have pickup as well where is no difference between delivery and pickup. When I asked this from the customer care, they just replied, "They just change the return policy, and they don't have pickup service I have to go to the post office and ship the items back to them within two weeks if I want my money refunded." I told them they could not just change the policy for the already placed ordered and form here customer care keep replying if I want my money refunded I have to do what they say.

One of the worst delivery services. I will not recommend anyone to buy products from this commercial site. WORST ! WORST ! WORST!!!

Delay in delivery of orders. Not responding to the customer

Very bad experience. If only there is an option of 0 star i already did! I am from saudi arabia and it's been a month already since i ordered the items yet until now has not arrived. They even asked for payment in advance, in short, all items were paid already and i choose local made items and items which are already "fulfilled by hollychic" so that i won't wait for long but it's 1 month already and nothing arrives.
I called their customer's service 2 times already but nothing happened. I was very polite when i called them because i was trying to understand them but i guess that did not promt them to expedite the delivery since i am polite to them. They gave me the shipping's number but it isn't answering as well. And i was trying to call them again these past few days but their customer's service are not answering anymore. I am very frustrated.

Hi guys, I'm from Nicaragua and to be honest I was a Little concern about buying through this page, because the store is in China, but, fortunately everything that I bought came to me without any problem. I will give them 3 stars because of the waiting time after buying, because I did wait like a month to get my things, but it was worht it :) I totally recomend it. Also the customer service via chat is working fine, and they really help you with your doubts. The quality of the products are good and they look just like the picture they have on their page. :

I added an item to my cart that had a certain price, the day after I came to check my cart and the price of that item suddenly increased for no reason! It wasn't on sale or anything when I first put in the cart so I didn't expect the price to just go up...
Most of their sales are fake, for example, they say but 2 and get 20% off but what they actually do is increase the items prices a bit so the discount will look real when it isn't, I've been watching those prices and those so-called deals, honestly, some of them aren't real deals.

THIS IS A THIEF AND DECIEVING APP EVER SO IF DON'T WANT TO EXPERIENCE ALL THAT YOU BETTER DON'T TRY TO ORDER FROM THEM. IM TELLING YOU I HAVE ALL THE BAD KIND OF EXPERIENCE WITH THEM, ORDERDING, LOST ORDER, AND REFUND PROBLEM AND DELIVERY PROBLEM I'VE ENCOUNTERED ALL THAT FROM THEM. DON'T STRESS YOUR SELF ENJOY YOUR SHOPPING IN ANOTHER APP. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAM.

To me this site is a big scam .. I ordered from Saudi Arabia, and unfortunately, my first (And last) experience is that I've ordered many items, all with a delivery date claimed to be 1 or 2 days at max, and now it's the fourth week, with everything still being prepared. My kid's birthday has passed without giving him his gift, I ordered stuff for my wife that i wanted to cheer her up with, and still not received, I ordered myself sports equipment, and day after day is passing without being able to do my exercise as I counted on this big fake like of Jolly Chick. Although not mentioned anywhere, the delivery fees of some items showed double price of the items themselves. I didn't revise the total value, as I thought this site uses the normal delivery rates like all other respected sites, just realized the exaggerated amounts of delivery after finalizing the payment transaction.

I tried to reach to customer service, and failed many times to find someone to talk to.

Simply, you can never count on this platform, and I'd advise everyone I know in life not to even try, or they'll just lose money, time & nerves.

Quick points:
-> DO NOT buy from this website.
-> If you decide to buy anyways, use Cash On Delivery ONLY and make sure the product is the right one before you pay.
-> Their website looks very polished, but underneath that, this shop, if not a complete scam, is close to one.
-> Don't believe that this company actually cares about customer satisfaction just because you see them respond to negative reviews here. I am fairly sure they do this to draw more people in and waste their money and time.

I ordered an iPad Pro from here because it was more than a 100 USD cheaper than in every other place. But alas, because it was taking days for the company to "prepare" my order, I started questioning it. On the 4th day of them "preparing" my order, I realized that the thing I had ordered had the product I wanted in the title but another, older and cheaper product in the "details" section. I wrote to the chat agents to confirm which product it was, but they were very unhelpful, not answering my question and saying that "the website has a some updates" over and over again. I called them out on it, saying that they were being misleading and lying, and the only response I heard was, "I'm sorry to hear that." Like any sensible person, I decided to cancel my order, with, again, an astonishingly insincere chat agent. Luckily, I had chosen to pay with Cash On Delivery. Otherwise, I do not know what would have happened to my money, judging by the other reviews.

Got my items 😍 I think they only start the delivery for today... Ordered my items last month..Probably more than 1 1/2 because of Covid-19😤 Hope all your orders will be delivered like mine..👍

They are experts in ripping people off, no items received as well as different items from what was ordered. Customer services are also in the game they big thiefs. Never again

I have ordered internet TV box on 14th March and still it is under preparation.
The delivery time mentioned is 16th - 18th march but the product is still under preparation.
I am scared my money is gone. There is not option for order cancellation and refund as well.

I am in saudi arabia.i was so scared to order from jollychic as i have read all the comments which were 90% bad and about poor service.with a hasitated heart i ordered one DW Watch which cost was around 500 SR.but i was amazed when not only i received the delivery before time but the quility was also genuine.thanks jollychick.you got a permanent customer.👍👍👍

If my experience is anything to go by, DON’T BUY ANYTHING from JollyChic, based in Dubai. At best they are utterly incompetent and at worst, plain dishonest.

I ordered a top and a dress from them on the 29th of November 2019. Both items proved to be too big and I began the process of obtaining a refund. I managed to get a returns number and paid to send the garments back via the Royal Mail tracked service. Nothing happened. I emailed JollyChic. They said they had not received the goods. It transpired that the post office in Dubai was unable to deliver my package as there was no one there to receive it. (What kind of company has no staff manning its office?) A note had been left for JollyChic to pick up the package from the local depot. They couldn’t manage to do that either, so the parcel was turned around and sent all the way back to me. It is now February 2020. To send the goods back again I would be required to pay again – meaning I’d be picking up another bill for JollyChic’s negligence. So, I am still awaiting my refund let alone the most basic customer service.

Hopeless. I will donate the garments to charity. Meanwhile, take my advice, buy locally if you can, but if you must shop for clothes abroad, DON’T TRUST JOLLYCHIC whatever you do: they are useless and effectively, have stolen my money. I trust they will think that the £45 they have extracted from me will be worth the damage to their reputation – assuming they have a reputation they’d want to keep.
