Why so many bad reviews. I am absolutely satisfied with Jollychic. They gave me refund immediately and didn't even take the item back, gave as a gift. Keep going JOLLYCHIC! ❤️

I would give no stars if the option was there. I ordered boots and hadn’t received them after two weeks so I asked for my money back. They replied saying to hold on as they are worth the wait, to which I replied in capitals that I don’t want them. Two weeks later I received the boots which I didn’t want and they were made from horrible flimsy material with a strong chemical smell and nothing like the picture. There was no paperwork with them or return address. I will not even give these boots to a charity shop in case they are made from materials that do not conform to safety regulations (they smell toxic). This company should not be allowed to trade.

I bought a Adidas alpha bounce beyond shoe with Authentic Guarantee ( three times price compensation for fake product). I waited 18 days for recieve the delivery and the shoes is not original, I had the same shoes before so it's very obvious from material, color, stitching ... The wrapping and box is so bad , there is no QR code, No official receipt from Adidas , it's written Made in Vietnam but item is came from China( it's written in invoice) . I contact with them on online chatting, they told me to go Nike retail store for check the shoes then contact with them. I went to Adidas retail store for that and took some comparison photos and sent it to their service email But they still refused to refund three times of the price. They just replied Copy Paste answers that not even related to my situation. So don't believe even it's Guaranteed ... I even couldn't write comment about the product... Worst Online shopping experience in my life.

I am so frustrated with this order 32184996733260, still i didn't receive the item considering that it has reached the maximum delivery time. Also the provided contact number of shipping company is always unattended and there is no clear status shown on Jollychic website. I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

I ordered boots 2 weeks ago and I never received them or a refund. I’ve emailed and never had a response. This is a joke.

I have purchase so many things from this app..the first time I order like 30 Bahrain dinar..I receive my order after 15 days the things that I receive was I’m not so happy but I said let it be my second order I will receive after 5 days..OMG the second order was it’s cost like70 Bahrain dinar..so all total I spent like 100 Bahrain dinar....the thing that I receive was horrible..I spent my money +my time+my internet +my energy to check the things to order..the things that I receive was very bad quality like a trash..I’m not so happy ..if I can half star I will give it..not recommend this app at all..and I try calling customer service nobody answer my call and it’s already 4 days I call everyday but nobody answer it...when the time I purchase they are very fast respond message but they delivered to me a trash .. and the time that I want to return nobody answer my call..very bad customer service...I really need to return what I order..it’s was a trash..

Never buy things like electronic, mobiles, cloths, because you dont get what you see in the pics. I am telling on the base of my own experience. Though I realized i had been scammed on things i bought but i would like to write specially about a phone , I bought Mobile Huitton Note 10+ 16 GB rom 2GB Ram 6.8 Inch Dual Sim 4G Mobile Phone for 437 US$. Charger was not working,
Number 1. the launcher keep crashing
Number 2. the mobile is extra sensitive when my finger gets close to screen the program starts even i did not touch the screen.
Number 3. the charger came along with the phone dose not work.
Number 4. there is no earphone jack but suddenly earphone icon appears on top and no sound, no way you can bring the sound back only watch video with no sound. then some times the headphone icon disappears and the sound is fine. it keeps repeating.
5. It has country lock so when i travel to other country the sim is blocked.
I complained with in the return time but no action was taken on second mail which i send after the time expired i got response that return time limit is over. when i argued that i already complained then they asked me to send video and detail of the faults , which i did once, got no response again i wrote them they said its under review. mail them again after some time then they asked me again to send video and the detail of fault. so it was like keep harassing me till i give up which i did. I through the mobile because even my small son dont want to accept is as toy and play with it.

You know something I’ve never ever been scammed by a company like that.
If I can I will close the company by myself.
In my prom, I ordered such an amazing dress from them(only in pictures) and you know what I received? A dress made of trash. I received the dress 18 days before my prom
I couldn't go to my prom because of them because they send trash not a dress. The dress didn't have sequins the dress had some glitter falling over every time you touch the dress, it was nothing like the pictures. They have destroyed my best day, my prom. I have sent the dress back so they will give me a refund and they took the dress and since then I didn't hear or receive anything from them. Do you know how hard it was for me to claim this money for the dress and do you know how hard was to not go to my prom because I didn't receive one p from them?

I had returned a dress because of the wrong size. Someone came and picked up the dress and told me to fill out a form and I would be refunded in 8-15 days. However, its been over 3 weeks now and when i try to contact them they dont answer and their whatsapp is off. Can you please help.

its been a month since i placed an order until now its not coming. jollychic is telling they forwarded the item to the shipping company but the shipping company is telling they are not yet receiving

I can't find the wish list where I have kept the items I want to buy, yet overall it is a good website and or app, I would definitely recommend buying from this website due to the good prices and valuable offers.

jollychic is a nice thing and so but it takes about 2 WEEKS for it to be delivered plus the DONT bring your stuff to your HOMES no matter what so please take notice of this jolly chics though your the best shop ever because im in a country that i have to get my stuff thank you

So I bought Nike Air Jordan 1 Court Purples from them and I waited around a week for it to arrive here and paid them around 1168 AED for the shoes just to found out they were COMPLETELY FAKE! All the way from stitching of the shoes to the extreme glue smell to the factory flaws! EVERYTHING! They even had the authenticity guarantee tag in the shoe page that said they would compensate 3x times the amount paid for the item if they would turn out to be fake. They said they would even compensate the shipping cost so I applied for a refund and returned the item through aramex 2 days later and paid 35 AED for the shipping costs and after a day they didn't even refund me the FULL amount! They gave me 1148 and 23 AED back so they basically stole the rest! But when I transferred the money to my PayPal they only gave me 298 USD! They told me there would be no PayPal transaction fee but they took 12$ off the top and they did not even send me the shipping compensation to my PayPal! They told me I can only buy their cheap quality items with that money. After all these fees I got back only 1000 they stole the rest of my 200 DHS!! I sent them an email with photos comparing the real pair vs the pair they sent me and they replied back that they would only compensate 70 AED instead of the 3x amount they promised but I didnt even get the least compensation! When I talk to an agent about this through live chat they act like they dont even know what I'm talking about and then END my chat! I even called their phone number they said they would forward it to the manager and he would call me but I didnt get ANY calls from them YET. I was about to buy 3 PAIRS OF THE SAME SHOES AND I WOULD'VE LOST ALL MY TIME AND ALMOST 3500 AED FOR A FEW WEEKS! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU UNAUTHENTIC CHINESE ITEMS IN RETURN AND WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT YOUR MATTER WITH THEM THEY WILL TRY TO COVER IT UP! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR THIS! SELLING FAKE ITEMS AS REAL COULD LAND YOU IN JAIL FOR YEARS! I COULD NOT EVEN POST REVIEWS IN THEIR APP! DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE BUYING FROM THIS PLACE EVER! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE Life! ROBBERS!!

Jollychic has very bad customer service. They charge you multiple duties, admin fees, clearance fees while ordering and then charges again while receiving the order.
Customer service has no answer to your queries and they don’t register your complaints.
Overall all it’s not advisable to buy from jollychic.

I already ordered some items from you but mistakenly I ordered 2 unicorn frocks I want to adjust it again before delivery but can’t contact any one e mail also no t working. Frustrating
