Très mauvaise qualité j’ai mit des remarque sur tout les produit que j’ai commander et reçu et ils ne mettent pas les mauvaise remarque je deteste ce site et je passerai jamais des commandes sur ce site très très deçu

Adres zwrotów jest nieaktualny! Nie istnieje żadne takie miejsce, które jest wskazane jako adres zwrotu. Listonosz nie miał gdzie dostarczyć przesyłki a ja musiałam jeszcze PONIEŚĆ KOSZTY ZWROTU PRZESYŁKI DO MNIE POCZTĄ POLSKĄ. To o zwrotach. Nie chcę być stronnicza, jednak z jakości też nie jestem zadowolona. Plecak popsuł się następnego dnia po otrzymaniu go, jumpsuit był na pannę chyba 198cm wzrostu, a jakość tkanin podobna do "chińskich" ciuszków z ryneczku obecnego w każdym większym mieście. Piękne mają zdjęcia, ale nie polecam.

It was my first experience order multiple items by jolly chic last end of May 2018. I use COD and receive by the mid of June. Like 14 June The materials and size are good, even when i order the bikini, same material like in shopping mall!!! But u still need to read review for every item you order because I order braid hairband but i turned out tobbe bracelet size lmaooo

My classmates bought a bag, hoodies, and other make-up stuff... And it looks so pretty (tbh) so I tried to buy a bag and other makeup stuff on jollychic. And since i just received it just now, the result.. it's cute and the makeup it was okay. All in all it's perfect cause all of the things that i ordered it looks exactly the same as the photo.

Minęło tyle czasu i w dalszym ciągu z nikim nie udało mi się skontaktować. Te pozytywne recenzje, które dostaje sklep są na pewno nie prawdziwe.

I ordered 6 items on April 7th and the package has just arrived few minutes ago (April 23rd). it took so long for the package to arrive here. The items I got were totally different from what seen the review. The package also was not in packed well. Some were opened, I don't know how it could happen. The material was so bad. I really disappointed. I have wasted my money for nothing. It was such a very bad experience ever. Well, that was the first and the last time I buy things from this online shop. Hopefully I would not do the same fool again. I'll walk away, from this shop.

Beznadziejna firma Jollychic . Nigdy niczego nie zamawiajcie tam !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Podane dane kontaktowe Firmy BluestoneCapital Sp. z o.o. są nieaktualne - nie ma możliwości zwrotu zakupionego na odległość towaru. Firma podała na stronie adres do zwrotu - Poznań ul. A.Fredry 7/37, jednak nikt nie odebrał przesyłki i ta została mi zwrócona, w związku z czym poniosłam koszty doręczenia do Firmy i zwrotu do nadawcy niedoręczonej przesyłki. Ponownie wysłałam zwracany towar na drugi podany adres: Poznań, ul. Fredry 7/12 i historia się powtórzyła - nie odebrano przesyłki, którą zwrócono do nadawcy. W ten sposób nie można zwrócić towaru i odzyskać zwrotu pieniędzy. Firma naraziła mnie na zbędne koszty doręczenia, tj. łącznie 58 zł. Chcę zwrócić towar, bo zakupione rzeczy nie nadają się do użytku. Państwa obowiązkiem jest odebrać zwracany towar na podany przez Państwa adres i zwrócić klientowi koszty. Poczta Polska zwraca przesyłki do nadawcy, z adnotacją, że adresat wyprowadził się. Dlaczego zatem nie podali Państwo swojego nowego adresu, na który należy kierować zwrotu. Na dodatek nikt nie odbiera telefonu pod podanym numerem: 666 810 812 czy 889524494.
Proszę o pilny kontakt w sprawie zamówienia nr IPLB 18031005310645318880 z dnia 10.03.2018 r.
To nadaje się do zgłoszenia w Prokuraturze i tak zrobię w przypadku dalszego braku kontaktu w tej sprawie.

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande et le site était impossible à contacter. Je déconseille très fortement.

I ordered six products from this site with great hope and excitement on 14th February. It's March now, there has been no update in the tracking and when contacted through live chat'_ all they do is spill sugary fake promises to deliver asap! I haven't received my products yet and have the least of faith in getting them. BE CAREFUL ON WHERE YOU ORDER PEOPLE. Stay Warned.
(Edited: Received my packages on MARCH. Was charged custom duty of more than 70 percent of total paCkage value. Worst experience ever. Never shopping here again)

My friend bought a hoodie from jollychic and it looks soooo cool, so I tried to buy a hoodie in jollychic.. and it just arrived. It's better than what I expected. Good material and jollychic gave me a gift and I can pick one.. so I pick the same hoodie I ordered for my brother
IT LOOKS COOL like the photo. But I ordered my size too big.. but the other one was a perfect fit. Can I change my hoodie size though?

J'ai passé une commande le 10/01/2018 toujours pas de commande et aucune info a ce sujet.

Purchased several women clothings & shoes. Their quality is horrible! Material is cheap and looks nothing like the picture! Ankle length coat in picture was an above knee jacket in reality hahaha.

What makes the matter worse is that they sent wrong color and size on 2 coats. When I request for refund, (they don’t offer exchange) I was told to ship it back at my own expense to China.

I was stupid enough to make 2nd purchase while waiting for the first order and the 2nd order has not even arrived yet and it’s been over a month. I don’t believe beginning of February is a “hot shopping season” to expect delay on shipping.

Overall, the worst shopping experience ever. DO NOT believe any good reviews here. Jollychic probably pay these people to write good reviews.

Again, out of 13 items and spent $160, not a single product was wearable. Everthing goes to trash!
Reading from other reviews that they had returned the product and still hasn’t received the refund, I am just gonna forget it and Never forget this horrible experience. Never ordering from Jollychic or any other Chinese own website!!!!

I had placed an order 4 tops from Jollychic. It is with great expectation I placed these orders. I was excited as the Products looked good on the site. My friends had in fact warned me and told me about the bad service of this company. However I didnt listen. However when I received the products, I found that products were not as described by them; one top was damaged, one was of completely different color, one of small in size, one was totally different looking. I took approval for return, wherein I mentioned all the reasons for return. Got approval, however in the approval mail they mentioned that return is at my cost. I contacted their customer service agent and explained everything. Told him why should I bear return charges as the mistake was Jollychic's. I didnt get any satisfactory reponse. After several continuous follow ups, they said they will bear return charges, if they found the return was due to their fault. I was happy as I was sure about their mistake. However after receiving the goods, they refunded the purchase price after deducting a good amount towards customs charges, without adding my return charges. When enquired they said, they didn't find any mistakes on their side and accordingly return charges cannot be refunded. I asked them sending damaged goods is not a mistake? No answer to that.

I lost all the money I spent for this order...what is my remedy. How can we stop such cheaters; who post incorrect and misleading information on their sites and cheat people by sending incorrect and damaged products.

I dont understand why did jollychic stopped delievering to egypt. I choose my items and checked out, then when i went to add the address i did not find egypt in the list of the countries

Very bad quality. I bought 22 items and I returned them all I couldn’t even wear one single piece of them!! The products have nothing to do with the pictures on the website. I returned the items one month ago and still didn’t get my refund yet. Very disappointing!!

I ordered nike shoes and received fake ones and they were a gift. If you are gonna charge that much at least have the originals.

Very very cheap and bad quality of products! I ordered bags, shoes, coat, shirts and dress. I waited for almost a month and was very excited but when I got them I was very disappointed cause all of them has a very cheap quality and the sizes are not correct that I couldn't use. The bag I got is ripped and the coat has no belt I wonder how they could sell a damaged and incomplete items!!! And I applied for return and refund but they told me that I will be the one to shoulder the shipping cost! how come???? It is your negligence to send a very bad quality, incomplete, and damaged items!!! I regret to order from this shop!!!
