Crushed plants.
Always had lovely plants in the past but these arrived via Yodel and half were out of the tray crushing the ones underneath. I've tried but found it impossible to contact Woolmans by email or phone to complain.

Plants were great but your useless…
Plants were great but your useless delivery company despite confirming to me , as I was away , in writing , that they would leave them with my neighbour , left them outside my front door in the sun! Luckily my neighbour saw them ! Your delivery company is useless ! Change them or next time be prepared for a compensation claim ! You can ring me to discuss and I can show you the email confirming they will be left next door .. and the email confirming it wasn’t

I love to buy plants on-line but!
I love to buy plants on-line, as I can choose what I what and avoid on-site impulse buys.
However, it is the delivery condition of the plants that then really matters, and mine have been dreadful.

Ready to grow
