The courier obviously put the box upside down for order #259330 .The antirrhinums were damaged, and only 22 of the 30 were OK. The impatiens were not too damage

Plants arrived in perfect condition, very healthy and undamaged. Despite the very hot weather they were thriving.

My order of antirrhinum Twinny Rose arrived in a bashed up box by Yodel. Most of the plants had lost leaves, there was soil everywhere and I have little hope of many survivors even though I am trying to nurse them along. Whilst Yodel could have treated the package better, I have had plants delivered from other gardening companies who use MUCH better packaging than Johnsons and therefore their plants arrive in much better condition. It looked like my Johnsons plants had just been shoved in a box and left to fend for themselves. It has put me off using this company again. In addition, it is difficult to find out how exactly to leave a complaint on their website. Eventually, I found a page where you put in your details, which I have, but I am still waiting for a response...

No complaints at all as the staff were very helpful on the phone .

Plants were in great shape except that about 25% are small or dying because the tray/box is too small.

Arrived on due date in good condition, Hope the tubers, although late in the season to plant will bloom early autumn.

This company is efficient and supplied plants in excellent condition well handled during delivery and I am ordering from them again. They are local to me which I consider a great bonus and I recommend them if you are doubtful about online ordering. I rarely give 5 stars or recommend companies but I recommend them.

I have had a wide range of plants from Woolmans and been very pleased with them, they are very well grown, sturdy plants. There is a wide range to choose from including some unusual plants and the quality is very good. One or two have suffered in transit but the company was very helpful about the situation.

In my opinion, good customer service is about dealing with deliveries that don't go to plan. My issues with damaged plants was dealt with promptly without any fuss.
