Choosing my items from their catalogue was a real pleasure and placing the order was really easy. They were kind enough to let me know when my order would be despatched so that I was able to prepare the flower bed in advance.
They also chose to use a very good Courier service who know how to handle top quality plants - carefully. All of the plants ordered were in great condition when they arrived and are doing very well indeed.

9 arrived as healthy plants, the 10th was broken at the base, it didnt survive :o(

Received my order of chrysanthemum plants, the package looked like it had been trodden on, 1 of the plants was snapped in two and the other 4 were in a bit of a tangle. The packing wasn’t robust enough to protect young fragile plants. Very disappointed with my delivery

My 6 chrysanthemum plants arrived in cardboard box that was far too big for them, so much so that they were able to move round during their journey to me. By the time they arrived, they were all loose and most of the soil had come away from the roots. I managed to replant them quickly and hopefully revive them. Let's hope they survive.

We ordered our plants in January and waited till last week for the collection of Christmas Xanths cuttings to arrive . When they did there was 4 reasonable cuttings and the last was just an excuse for one with no growing tip and if you were lucky a root of 1/4 inch . The box they were delivered in was damaged and almost flatten . Not very impressed after using the company for over 25 years . We did complain but was just brushed off .

As already advised by Email with photographs and not entirely happy with the response!

Chrysanthemum plants are always strong well rooted plants and reasonably priced.

So far so good, the plants arrived looking healthy and are progressing well.

Whilst the plants were still reasonably well alive when delivered, they were very dry and have struggled to fully recover yet. I think they need a little more soil around them when transported, particularly this late (May) in the year. The ones I ordered earlier arrived in a better state and grew away straight away. I'll be surprised if these ones manage to reach maturity to flower by the end of the year, which will be disappointing.

Four of the plants ok but the fifth had parted company with its root system, it looked to be to small to have been sent out it wasn't ready it had dampened off at the base, the other four have been potted on and are doing.fine

This is my first time with Johnsons. Only one item did not come up to scratch, it was out of its little socket. It was in one of the collections Rivalry. It had very little in the way of roots, I have potted it up hoping for a miracle. The rest are thriving, I have grown or taken cuttings for a long time around 6o years, with a cold greenhouse.

Plants arrived in good condition ,packaging looked a bit battered but the inner protection was fine .Compost around the roots was still moist too.
