It took 3 deliveries to receive the…
It took 3 deliveries to receive the hanging basket. However on the 2 and 3 deliveries the plants were either dead or broken. Due to the boxes being broken, squashed and turned upside down by the courier service.

Disappointed
Two out of ten cuttings were broken during packaging that equates to 20 percent requested replacement and were told none were available the price l paid for them it is not good enough

Rubbish
Rubbish! I’m fed up of getting broken plants in one order and the replacements are the wrong type. I’m having to keep contacting and explaining and sending photos etc. I’m now going to have to dig up the border with the wrong plants and wait and see if Johnson’s can get it right with the replacements!!!

The web site was well set out and…
The web site was well set out and ordering was easy.
Having placed an order there was no communication in the following 6 months until the day before delivery. The plants were tiny and dehydrated when I unpacked them-( immediately after delivery as by chance I was in)it took me 30 mins of holding them in water before they stopped floating. I potted them up but sadly 3 were devoured by a slug overnight ( my organic slug pellets had failed! ). I am trying to nurse them to recovery but feel surethat if they were healthier on arrival they would not have succumbed so easily.
