Poor customer experience
I paid £24.99 for begonia plants 26th April and was advised delivery early June. I received an email from them 5th June saying, that they could not honour my order, due to plants “failing quality control”. Surely a nursery must be able to identify this problem before the due delivery date! My neighbour has received her delivery, but I haven’t been so fortunate ! could have purchased begonias from my local nursery, but was attracted to the colour of these ones. It is the first time I have dealt with this company and it will certainly be the last!!

The plants arrived dry as a bone
The plants arrived dry as a bone, long, thin and wilted.
After soaking the plugs for 24 hours they became alive but very flimsy.
I have potted them on and hope they will develop in time. This is nowhere near the high standards I have encountered from Woolmans in the past.

Poor service, poor communication
2 orders, 2 deliveries on same day - one obvious left at back collected by my son, other left out of sight behind bins - only found 5 days later when I came out of hospital.
Only communication was email which I did not have access to.
Communication with Woolmans poor: chat took over 29 minutes to connect when saying about 3, too long to wait for. Checked with Yodel which showed they still had the package undelivered.

Really impressed by how good the chrysanthemum plugs looked and they have taken off since potting up. Unfortunately I don't know the names of the plants as they had moved in the box and were not in a reliable left to right order. Main thing is plants look great
