Plants arrived in dried out condition
Plants arrived in dried out condition, poorly packed in a cardboard box. Previous orders have always been dispatched in plastic cells to retain moisture. Will not buy from Woolmans again, the change to Johnsons has leas to an inferior product.

I find that Woolmans is a great company when purchasing chrysanthemums as they specialise in these plants and I can guarantee on good quality plants

Garden ready busy lizzie were packed perfectly and in good condition when arrived and just the right time to get planted out. All are growing nicely would certainly recommend. Maybe could have arrived couple of weeks earlier but that’s being picky thanks

Crushed lavender plants on arrival , dry and bad condition, out of 9 plants only 5 will survive, 3 were virtually dead on arrival

Begonia plants garden ready ordered in…
Begonia plants garden ready ordered in February arrived in June so small and some without root system. Very disappointed called your help line to advise and was told they will grow and in a couple weeks will be fine. I am still waiting for them to grow…….and I am watering them.
Now having to buy plants at my Garden Centre.
Will not be buying your plants again.

Ordered Monday received Saturday well impressed. A great selection of items to choose from, but to test them out I ordered 3 packets of seeds.
Can’t fault them - very good & very professional, I am surprised at the feedback they have been having I’ll be planting these before I put in my next order.
Looking forward to their results - nevertheless I will keep updating my review.
