Slick service and fast delivery
Danny was extremely helpful when I called with a query about a tile which wasn’t now available and pointed me in the direction of similar ones. Ordering a sample was very easy, updates on its progress plentiful and it arrived within 2 days. Sadly it was broken even though packaged so well, but it did its job in providing a colour match for my bathroom . Will definitely use Johnson’s again.

sent for a free sample first, which was free unlike some who charge postage, we liked the tile and went to the outlet shop and purchased tiles,trim and adhesive all of which were cheaper than surrounding tile places, staff were helpful & friendly bringing the tile to the entrance and not laughing(too much ;0) when I forgot to pick up my adhesive and had to return, a good experience

Not Customer focused at all!
I ordered some tiles as the compatible ones to some I already had. I needed help ordering online as could not find the ones I needed - they had changed their tile name. The lady on the phone was quite intimidating. On ordering it was kerbside delivery only. It was 3 boxes of tiles, I explained I was disabled and would be unable to go and carry them in. I live in a bungalow so easy access, but no, they only delivered to the end of our driveway. I needed to return all 3 unopened boxes as our plans had changed. I rang for assistance, to be told I have to arrange everything, find a courier, pay for their return myself. I did receive a recommendation of a courier but only as I asked for one. I will never order from Johnson’s again

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, my colleague noticed your delivery comment and contacted you to say door delivery could not be guaranteed with our hauliers. We advised you to arrange assistance for the delivery day or that we could cancel and refund the order if you wish, but you advised to go ahead.
Our returns policy is on our website and states you will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns, which my colleague also explained the process to you over the phone.
We are sorry you feel this way, we did try to make you aware of the kerbside delivery rules that our third party hauliers follow, and tried to help as much as we could when you contacted us for assistance.

Impossible to amend delivery date
I was assured the tiles would arrive in the time frame specified ( 4 days ). They were at the Fed ex depot, and texts said would deliverd Friday. They were not, and it appears there is no way to contact Fed ex or modify delivery. I contacted The shop, who said they would contact Fed ex, but they made 4 more delivery attempts while we were away, each time I contacted the shop. Tiles delivered following Tuesday. This is not directly the shops fault, but should discuss with Fed ex as their chosen agent.

This company provided all my tiles for a renovation and were extremely helpful. Sophie the export administration manager is an absolute credit to the company she went above and beyond to assist with the order and replace some tiles that unfortunately got broken in transit. A Great Online Find
Johnson Tiles were a great online find for me when researching for a bathroom refurb. An easy to negotiate website with plenty of choice & technical information. Speedy delivery (2 days) for both samples & the actual tile order and very helpful & knowledgeable telephone staff. I was hugely impressed with my first order for bathroom wall tiles to the extent that I placed a second order for floor tiles. I wouldn't hesitate to revisit when the time comes for a kitchen refurb.

I've been in the building trade 15…
I've been in the building trade 15 years now.
I was using the same supplier for a very long time.
However eight months back.
I came across johnson tiles my closest branch is Tunstall.
On the first day I was greeted very well, and nothing was a issue for the staff at all.
I started being a more recent customer here.
Honestly I wont use anywhere other now for tiles, tile accessories, or LVT flooring.
Regardless of which part of Stoke-on-Trent im working. The travel is nothing!
One member of staff especially named Dan he honestly is amazing.
I can call up for a price on materials calls straight back with the price and has it ready for you waiting so can be forklifted on the van which is just brilliant.
