I received 5 FULL size tile samples free of charge that were extremely well packaged and arrived within 2 days of ordering - first class service! I will be placing an order for some tiles, but unfortunately not with Johnson Tiles as I can source the same tiles considerably cheaper elsewhere, which is a shame as I was so impressed with their service sending out the samples. If only their prices were a bit more competitive then they would have had my order.

Would use again
Really easy to order. Delivered within the 2-3 days I was told on website. I was also kept up to date that it had been dispatched & was on its way.
The only downside was nothing to do with the ordering or delivery but it would be better if the sample size tiles where bigger as you can't always get a good match.

Well structured website and rapid delivery
Website very easy to navigate/find tiles and purchase them quickly. The most impressive part was the delivery. Far too often pallet deliveries from other tile/bathroom companies are delayed causing headaches and loss of earnings. The estimated delivery was 2-5 days but it arrived next working day. A breath of fresh air and very impressed.
