I can’t believe the quality and attitude from a so-called luxury brand like Jimmy Choo. I wore my £750 heeled sandals once — for less than an hour during my wedding photoshoot — and the leather on the heel literally came off just from walking on normal London pavement.
After endless emails, I was passed from one person to another for over a week, only to be told to go to the Bond Street store, where they offered to “kindly” repair them at my own expense. What a joke.
If this is how Jimmy Choo stands behind their products, then the brand has truly lost its meaning. Poor quality, zero accountability, and customer service that couldn’t care less.
Never again! Shame on them!

They offered to stretch but they are a great fit despite the plastic causing damage to skin

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. My sneakers were sent back to the manufacturer be assess because of an ongoing issue.
Customer service appears to be unable to coordinate anything. They have no idea when their business is open or closed which means FedEx CANNOT deliver. FedEx can’t deliver to a CLOSED BUSINESS. I am now almost 3 months without my sneakers. All customer service keep saying is thank you for your patience. Well I have lost my patience with such incompetence. Perhaps at this point going down the legal route might be best. STILL WAITING FOR MY SNEAKERS TO BE RETURNED!!!

I was very disappointed with the service at the Jimmy Choo store in Le Vallée Val d Europe store. I love Jimmy Choo shoes and they suit my foot and find them very comfortable so to have had such a horrible racist experience is very disappointing. I sent a complain to customer service on the 1st of August and was assured that the complaint was passed to the store and I will get an apology but still waiting details below:

I would like to raise a complaint on the rudeness of one of your shop assistants in the Val d Europe Vallee shop. I was being served by a very lovely young lady who was very helpful whilst my 11 yr old daughter sat by the sofa with an empty water bottle. She was fiddling with the bottle cup and accidentally put the cap on the Sofa. Upon which this rude French lady shouted at my daughter and gave her a fright she was so nervous just wanted to get out of the shop and didn’t want me to complain. I was in the shop and bought a pair of shoes for £600+ to have a racist French white lady speak to my mixed daughter like that and treat me who is black like trash is not acceptable and I will be making a formal complaint on trust pilot.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 14 Luglio 2025 con il diritto di poter procedere con un reso di una sostituzione nei 14 giorni successivi. Tale diritto non mi è stato riconosciuto poiché ho scoperto di non avere più la possibilità di sostituire la merce essendo terminato il periodo di saldi nonostante mi trovassi ancora nei 14 giorni. Non mi era stata assolutamente comunicata telefonicamente questa mancanza di possibilità (avrei acquistato due capi e reso quello non conforme alle mie esigenze) avendo effettuato l’ordine tramite un referente della ditta Jimmy Choo.
Ritengo tale comportamento assolutamente scorretto e disonesto: lede il consumatore convinto di potersi avvalere di un servizio di sostituzione che nella realtà non esiste! Nel caso specifico, quello che chiedevo non era né un nuovo ordine oltre il periodo dei saldi al prezzo saldato né un reso oltre il quattordicesimo giorno dalla consegna. Si trattava semplicemente del diritto di completare una pratica iniziata il 14 Luglio 2025 prima che i saldi terminassero (il 16 Luglio 2025) ed in merito alla quale avevo assolutamente il diritto di selezionare l’opzione preferita come comunicatomi dalla referente nel momento esatto nel quale ho effettuato l’ordine. Soltanto per caso ho scoperto di non avere più la possibilità di sostituire la merce nonostante l’acquisto fosse risalito a tre giorni prima. La disponibilità delle sneakers, nel caso specifico, c’era, ma, per una questione di marketing, erano state tolte dal mercato.
Ritengo estremamente scorretto il comportamento dell’Azienda. Soprattutto sconsiglio di acquistare contattando direttamente il servizio clienti in quanto il personale è inadeguato, poco professionale, non preparato e soprattutto male informato.

Shoes don’t last, just out of warranty and I had to pay the fee, leather strap snapped and shoes were hardly worn!!
Disappointed with the Quality and Comfort
The pair I received looked beautiful, but the stitching was uneven and the sole started to peel after just one wear — on my wedding day! They were also extremely uncomfortable, even though I ordered my usual size. I reached out to customer service and got no response. Definitely not worth the price. I expected much better quality and support from a brand at this level.
Bond Street Store
We visited the Bond Street store in London. It is a small store but the staff were very organised and pleasant. There is not enough seating for customers trying shoes whilst making choices and the some of the clients that were waiting to be served were very rude which I just could not handle and had to leave. (I could not believe how they spoke to staff and had to leave before I said something. I was always told to treat people how you would like to be treated). More seating could have removed this problem. The store was very clean and the staff were doing their very best with what little room they had. A disappointing experience - I much prefer Harvey Nichols store for my purchases.

So once again my order cancelled! Roughly 6 months ago bought some boots, in sale, week later, cancelled! They just take money and work out their stock later! Bought a bag and heels online (not in sale) and arrived! Later came an email from Jimmy choo for sale on some shoes, bought a silver pair for my holiday, bought some dresses and bits to go with and once again my order cancelled! Just a disgusting way to run a business! Your stock levels must be tied to orders! You either have or not! Absolutely furious!

If there were a zero-star option, I would have definitely chosen it. Jimmy Choo ruined my wedding heels and did not fully take responsibility for it. I had to wear damaged shoes on my wedding day. The headquarters doesn’t even respond to you. It’s not worth spending a single dollar.
I liked the store in Cannes too much
I liked the store too much. During just walking along the sea we entered the store and from the first minutes felt ourselves as if we got to our good friends. The item I wanted was in other store and the personal made a promp order. I interacted with Nina and Diana. it was really very comfortable. And important moment- if something was not good for me- they said it honestly. it was real consulting, not for selling! I recommend to eveyrbody the place and hope to be back

I bought the Orb 95 ruby red crystal shoe and for the price I am disappointed. The straps are really hard to do and the holes are too small plus I have only worn them once and walked about 6 feet on pavement and then on carpet and they are scraped up on the bottom more than they should be for wearing once. I have had a pair of Michael Kors for like 7 years and no scuffs on the bottom.
