I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Jimmy Choo customer service.
I own two pairs of their shoes and simply reached out for help identifying the correct heel tip replacement for one of my sandals. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, they asked me for excessive information — where I bought the shoes, my address, and multiple photos — making me go through unnecessary steps.
After all that effort, they ultimately refused to help me, stating they couldn’t assist because the shoes weren’t purchased directly from their website. This is a completely unreasonable and frustrating policy. I wasn’t asking for repair — just basic guidance on which heel tip to buy.
The entire process felt like a waste of time, only to be dismissed at the end. For a luxury brand, this level of customer support is unacceptable.

I splurged over $700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you’d expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong.
I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in.
So I called their customer service, and that’s where the real nightmare began. For two months — TWO MONTHS — they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free — even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product.
Then they handed the shoes off to UPS… and UPS lost them. For a month.
After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was — wait for it — a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase.
My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever.
Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a “sorry.”
Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don’t deserve a single one of them.

Ich habe die Sneaker vor etwa zwei Jahren gekauft. Bereits von Anfang an waren sie sehr steif, wodurch ich Blasen am rechten Fuß bekommen habe. Inzwischen ist der rechte Schuh im hinteren Bereich vollständig eingerissen. Dies deutet auf eine mangelhafte Qualität hin. Für so teure Sneaker habe ich das nicht erwartet.

Ik heb verschillende schoenen van dit merk. De schoenen zijn prachtig en duur en de service helaas bar slecht. Bij mijn sneakers, die ik weinig draag, is de letter I van Jimmy verdwenen. De repair service weigert te helpen omdat de winkel waar ik ze gekocht heb niet meer bestaat. Ik heb meerdere keren gevraagd of ik de letter kan krijgen om zelf de reparatie te regelen ook dat willen ze niet. Ik vind dat echt niet kunnen voor zulke dure schoenen. Voor mij geen Jimmy Choo’s meer.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience. Unacceptable for a Luxury Brand
I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received from Jimmy Choo. What should have been a simple purchase turned into weeks of wasted time, stress, and financial inconvenience. Completely unacceptable for a brand positioning itself as “luxury.”
I ordered the Curve Top Handle bag, but the parcel arrived with a completely different model inside. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, customer service repeatedly delayed communication, sent contradictory instructions, and provided no clear guidance.
Despite the mistake being fully on their side, the process took weeks, including returning the incorrect item and waiting for updates. Eventually, I was informed that the bag I had originally ordered was not available anymore… it’s something that should have been checked long before. My money was refunded only after I personally followed up multiple times.
A gesture of “-10% off your next order” does not compensate for the unprofessionalism, wasted time, currency conversion losses, and overall frustration. After this experience, I have no desire to place any future orders, even with a discount.
A luxury brand should offer impeccable service, clear communication, and responsibility for its mistakes. Unfortunately, none of that was present in my case.

About six months ago, I purchased a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes for approximately $1,100. Unfortunately, my dog chewed the heel and strap. I sent them in for repair and was recently informed that there is no way to repair them.
I find this very surprising, as most premium shoe manufacturers are able to repair or restore similar damage. To hear that Jimmy Choo cannot repair a pair of shoes at this price point is extremely disappointing and undermines the confidence I’ve had in your brand.
I would appreciate it if you could review this matter again or provide any alternative repair or replacement options. Otherwise, I’ll have to reconsider future purchases and share my experience publicly to help others make informed decisions.

I can’t believe the quality and attitude from a so-called luxury brand like Jimmy Choo. I wore my £750 heeled sandals once — for less than an hour during my wedding photoshoot — and the leather on the heel literally came off just from walking on normal London pavement.
After endless emails, I was passed from one person to another for over a week, only to be told to go to the Bond Street store, where they offered to “kindly” repair them at my own expense. What a joke.
If this is how Jimmy Choo stands behind their products, then the brand has truly lost its meaning. Poor quality, zero accountability, and customer service that couldn’t care less.
Never again! Shame on them!

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. My sneakers were sent back to the manufacturer be assess because of an ongoing issue.
Customer service appears to be unable to coordinate anything. They have no idea when their business is open or closed which means FedEx CANNOT deliver. FedEx can’t deliver to a CLOSED BUSINESS. I am now almost 3 months without my sneakers. All customer service keep saying is thank you for your patience. Well I have lost my patience with such incompetence. I was very disappointed with the service at the Jimmy Choo store in Le Vallée Val d Europe store. I love Jimmy Choo shoes and they suit my foot and find them very comfortable so to have had such a horrible racist experience is very disappointing. I would like to raise a complaint on the rudeness of one of your shop assistants in the Val d Europe Vallee shop. I was being served by a very lovely young lady who was very helpful whilst my 11 yr old daughter sat by the sofa with an empty water bottle. She was fiddling with the bottle cup and accidentally put the cap on the Sofa. Upon which this rude French lady shouted at my daughter and gave her a fright she was so nervous just wanted to get out of the shop and didn’t want me to complain. I was in the shop and bought a pair of shoes for £600+ to have a racist French white lady speak to my mixed daughter like that and treat me who is black like trash is not acceptable and I will be making a formal complaint on trust pilot.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 14 Luglio 2025 con il diritto di poter procedere con un reso di una sostituzione nei 14 giorni successivi. Tale diritto non mi è stato riconosciuto poiché ho scoperto di non avere più la possibilità di sostituire la merce essendo terminato il periodo di saldi nonostante mi trovassi ancora nei 14 giorni. Non mi era stata assolutamente comunicata telefonicamente questa mancanza di possibilità (avrei acquistato due capi e reso quello non conforme alle mie esigenze) avendo effettuato l’ordine tramite un referente della ditta Jimmy Choo.
Ritengo tale comportamento assolutamente scorretto e disonesto: lede il consumatore convinto di potersi avvalere di un servizio di sostituzione che nella realtà non esiste! Nel caso specifico, quello che chiedevo non era né un nuovo ordine oltre il periodo dei saldi al prezzo saldato né un reso oltre il quattordicesimo giorno dalla consegna. Si trattava semplicemente del diritto di completare una pratica iniziata il 14 Luglio 2025 prima che i saldi terminassero (il 16 Luglio 2025) ed in merito alla quale avevo assolutamente il diritto di selezionare l’opzione preferita come comunicatomi dalla referente nel momento esatto nel quale ho effettuato l’ordine. Soltanto per caso ho scoperto di non avere più la possibilità di sostituire la merce nonostante l’acquisto fosse risalito a tre giorni prima. La disponibilità delle sneakers, nel caso specifico, c’era, ma, per una questione di marketing, erano state tolte dal mercato.
Ritengo estremamente scorretto il comportamento dell’Azienda. Soprattutto sconsiglio di acquistare contattando direttamente il servizio clienti in quanto il personale è inadeguato, poco professionale, non preparato e soprattutto male informato.
