I have a Fendi bag (3 or 4 years old) the metalic "Fendi" charm has completed fallen apart, the silver has peeled off leaving a gross tarnished mess rendering the bag basically unusable because it looks so bad and makes the bag look fake (the bag itself is still perfectly fine) I have emailed Fendi half a dozen times with NO RESPONSE. All I wanted was a new charm or to have this one re powder coated. I am shocked that they wouldn't even bother w a response. I guess you get what you pay for. Hermes only from here on out.

Hvis man kunne give 0 stjerner. Online køb. Købte en ret dyr taske med noget pels på. Allerede efter 4 mdr er der noget af pelsen der er faldet af. Jeg skriver til deres kundeservice, sender billeder og dokumentation for køb. Fendi har nu vendt tilbage med at de ikke mener der er “manufactering defect” og nægter at gøre noget. De tilbyder at jeg kan tage ind i en fysisk butik for en analyse. Har aldrig oplevet så ringe kundeservice. Svaret minder mest af alt om et standard svar hvor de overhovedet ikke forholder sig til det jeg har sendt til dem. Køber aldrig hos dem igen

Ho comprato una borsa diversi anni fa, la classica baguette, ma con una lavorazione particolare. L'ho usata pochissimo la tenevo in una scatola dentro la sua dust bag, Dopo poco piu di 2 anni ha iniziato a spellarsi e non ho piu potuto utilizzarla. L'ho portata in boutique dicendomi che avrebbero provato a mandarla in azienda. Dopo piu di un mese me l'hanno restituita cosi come l'avevo mandata dicendomi che non potevano farci nulla perche quel tipo di pelle non la facevano piu'. . Una risposta inaccettabile, in primis perche la pelle vera non si sarebbe deteriorata cosi e poi da un marchio di Lusso come il loro una risposta del genere non me l'aspettavo. Vorrei tanto conoscere chi e' a capo del customer service per dargli qualche lezione. Ovviamente non ho piu comprato nulla di Fendi.

I expected far better from a luxury brand like Fendi. My watch, which I cherished, stopped working just one day after the warranty expired. I contacted customer service assuming they’d make an exception—after all, we’re talking about a single day. Unfortunately, they refused to repair or replace it without charging a full service fee.
It’s shocking that a brand selling high-end watches would hide behind technicalities instead of standing by their craftsmanship. For the price and prestige, I expected integrity, not indifference. This experience has completely eroded my trust in Fendi. I won’t be buying another watch—or anything else—from them again.
Luxury should mean quality and care, not excuses.

Very inconvenient that they don’t do exchanges for online purchases. Bought a gift for someone that ended up being the wrong size and a gift receipt , be nice to have the gift receiver receive money so they can change it on their own. Once something is gifted it’s theirs but I have to wait to receive the money and then re order it again from my card. Very upset

Terribile, ho regalato un anello al mio compagno e subito dopo lui a me. Io mio ha perso il colore dopo poco..mi è stato prontamente cambiato. Dopo pochi mesi entrambi gli anelli (con finitura argento) il colore argento se n'è andato, lasciando vedere il bronzo sotto...c è da vergognarsi a metterlo

Ho contattato il servizio clienti Fendi perché la mia borsa, acquistata presso un rivenditore autorizzato a Perugia, presenta seri difetti nel pellame: si “spella”, cioè la patina superficiale viene via, lasciando sotto un materiale che non è vera pelle, ma sembra un tessuto ricoperto. Una delusione enorme, considerando che si tratta di un prodotto di lusso dal valore di circa 700-1000 o forse più!!!
Il customer service mi ha risposto con cortesia, ma la sostanza è che l’unica possibilità di riparazione gratuita è entro i due anni di garanzia; oltre quel periodo la riparazione è a pagamento, nonostante si tratti di un difetto qualitativo del prodotto e non di un’usura normale. Trovo questo inaccettabile per un marchio che si propone come eccellenza nel mondo della moda e della pelletteria.
Da un brand come Fendi mi aspettavo qualità superiore e prodotti destinati a durare nel tempo. Una borsa così costosa non dovrebbe presentare simili problemi dopo pochi anni. L’esperienza lascia l’amaro in bocca e fa riflettere sul reale rapporto tra prezzo e valore offerto.

Do not buy anything from this company, they dont back their product. Bought a expensive pair of sunglasses from sunglass hut. Wore them twice and the frame came loose damaging the lens. The screw was stripped and I did nothing to damage them, it was a factory defect. I provided them photos and receipts and explained the situation, they turned down warranty saying they dont have parts to fix them. This company is a scam.
Qualitätsmangel - Auferlegen der Nachbesserungskosten trotz Gewährleistungsrechts
Ich habe einen Gürtel erworben. Schon nach fünfmaligem Tragen waren erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren auf der Gürtelschnalle zu erkennen. Eine derartige Empfindlichkeit des Materials stellt aus meiner Sicht einen Qualitätsmangel dar, insbesondere weil man sich von einer hochwertigen Marke wie Fendi besonders gute Qualität und einen gewissen Grad an Resistenz erhofft. Ich ging davon aus, dass mir ein Gewährleistungsrecht zusteht und das Geschäft verpflichtet ist, auf eigene Kosten eine Nachbesserung vorzunehmen.
Ich begab mich in die Filiale und gab dort den Gürtel ab. Nach ein paar Tagen erreichte mich per E-Mail die Frage von der Mitarbeiterin, ob ich die Reparatur wünsche. Ich bestätigte und hörte daraufhin nichts. Einen Monat später erkundigte ich mich nach den Stand der Reparatur. Bedauerlicherweise stellte sich heraus, dass die Mitarbeiterin meine bestätigende E-Mail übersehen hatte. Erst daraufhin setzte sie die Reparatur/den Austausch der Schnalle in Gang. Seitdem fragte ich in regelmäßigen Abständen nach dem Fortschritt. Nach zwei Monaten ab Abgabe des Gürtels konnte ich ihn mit einer neuen Schnalle abholen. Ohne Rücksicht auf mein Gewährleistungsrecht sowie die vermeidbare Verzögerung wurden mir dafür 90€ in Rechnung gestellt. Dass der Mangel auf mein Verhalten zurückzuführen war, wurde mir entgegen des § 477 BGB nicht nachgewiesen. Von einer Luxusmarke wie Fendi hätte ich in der Situation zutreffende Rechtskenntnis mit Berücksichtigung von Verbraucherrechten, sowie mit Blick auf die von Fendi verschuldete Verzögerung jedenfalls mehr Kulanz erwartet.

Fendi Jacquard sandals (flat) wore them for the first time today and my gosh they have ruined my feet. They have given me four blisters and sore skin, due to how horribly hard and uncomfortable they are. To think I spent £780 is utterly ridiculous. I wish I could upload a picture. It got to a point, that I ended up having to buy a pair of havaianas as I could not bear the pain anymore!!

I bought a Fendi jacket expecting high quality and durability, especially given the premium price tag and the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Right from the start, I noticed the Fendi motifs on the jacket were barely visible — much lighter than expected, making the design look faded. This was not what I expected from a luxury brand.
More frustratingly, after very minimal use, the zip completely failed — when I zip it up, it opens from the bottom, making it unwearable. The pin has come off, and the zip simply doesn’t hold. This is not due to misuse; I take care of my clothes, especially designer pieces.
I own jackets from other high-end brands like Burberry, Moncler, and others — some that are over 5 years old — and they’re still in perfect condition. This Fendi jacket, however, is by far the worst experience I’ve had in terms of both quality and customer care.
I first raised this issue back in September, but due to travelling, I couldn’t follow it up properly. When I returned to it, I expected a luxury brand like Fendi to stand by their product and offer a fair resolution — ideally a credit note or refund. Instead, I’ve had to chase and deal with generic replies, with no proper investigation or ownership from their side.
For a product that costs this much, and from a brand like Fendi, this has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. I expected better.

Awful customer service.
Went to the store on New Bond Street and was going to spend a lot of money on a shirt but they would not ship it to me. The assistant said she would pack it in a small discreet bag for me to carry home. A linen shirt into a small bag????
I was also told that another top I tried on was the perfect fit but it was very much too tight.

I will NEVER shop here again. I ordered a pair of shoes and they came damaged so I sent them back and got another pair and guess what… those came damaged too!! I had to speak to the manager to have them physically look at the shoe before shipping it back out. When the 3rd order came they forgot to put in the papers that came with it so I had to call them AGAIN. UNBELIEVABLE! Never again. They also kept picking up and hanging up the phone on me!
Terrible quality
Terrible quality. After just a few wears, the strap snapped, the golden BAG BUGS eyes lost their color (revealing cheap white plastic underneath!), and the fabric next to the zipper tore. I've never seen this with bags that cost a third of the price. Never buying Fendi again.

My Fendi watchband is broken and I need a replacement. I filled out the contact us form, called them and also sent an email. They are supposed to get back to me, but it has now been 2 weeks from my initial contact and I have not heard from them. Won’t purchase anything again from them.. I agree with all the rest here giving bad reviews. They don’t even deserve the star they got.

j'ai acheté des lunettes Fendi chez un opticien, pour faire monter des verres correcteurs, en décembre 2024. En février 2025, je m'aperçois que le "I" de Fendi avait disparu. l'opticien ayant fermé, je me suis rendue chez Fendi, avenue Montaigne. ils ont commencé par dire qu'ils n'étaient pas responsables car les lunettes avaient été achetées chez un Opticien. j'ai insisté en argumentant que c'était leur marque et qu'ils devaient gérer le SAV. ils ont accepté d'envoyer les lunettes en ITalie pour réparation, avec un devis pour cette réparation. j'ai refusé le devis, car les lunettes avaient 2 mois (j'avais fournis la facture).
1 mois après, ils sont revenus vers moi pour me dire qu'ils ne pouvaient pas réparer et qu'ils me proposaient un avoir de 300€, si je renonçais à mes lunettes. ils proposaient de me rendre les verres seuls !!!!! j'étais très en colère, car les lunettes, avec les verres correcteurs me sont revenus à 1200€. je suis donc repartie avec mes lunettes sans le "I" de Fendi et sans l'avoir de compensation car je n'ai pas voulu leur laisser mes lunettes.
c'est scandaleux. UN CONSEIL : NE METTEZ PAS LES PIEDS CHEZ FENDI, AVENUE MONTAIGNE A PARIS. En tout cas, pour ma part, c'est la dernière fois que j'achète un article FENDI.
Never order from Fendi
6 day shipping is unacceptable. Will never order from Fendi website ever again. Saks ships their all designers in 2 days. Also all high end designer ship in 2 days. And Saks had the slides I bought for $35 cheaper and Fendi would not give me a credit.
