If I could give them zero I would have. The luxury experience and customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I bought a bag from them that I never wore, it had the plastic all over it with the receipt. I was abroad and couldn't physically return it so upon my return I took it back a couple of weeks out of date and they wouldn’t refund me the money or allow me to exchange it. Never will I ever shop with Fendi again. I was even willing exchange it for something more expensive and make up the rest of the amount. They’ve lost a very valuable customer.

Worst experience ever, I have ordered a pair of glasses and I paid 380£ sterling and my order got lost and they won’t refund my money back as they say it’s not their responsibility. Never buying from fendi.

Absolutely one of the most third rate customer support from among the top brands.
I spent 1000s on Fendi products. Bought a trench coat for 4000. The belt got lost. I contacted the Fendi store for a replacement. I even offered to pay for it. More than a month” all I got was we are in touch with after sales and don’t know exactly if we can”. Unbelievable. Definitely a brand to completely avoid. Their store staff is clueless and only interested to sell sell sell.
No refund for months, no response from FENDI
I had a similar experience where FENDI didn't process the refund even after a few months of returning the shipments (and I received confirmation that the items have arrived safely at the facility), and I have been trying to contact the customer service team for months since then but no response.
Fendi Customer service is extremely lacking
Relating to customer service only: Horrible. Received a wallet back in the day when my g/f (now wife) went to Italy for a work trip. Wallet has aged a bit. Now granted; it's aged but I've had wallets that have cost 10X less last for longer.
My wallet is having an issue with one of the card holders -- I've sent pictures and documentation (as well as original serial number) to Fendi for a warranty replacement and NOTHING.
One would guess that providing official proof of purchase info and images of said issue would prompt a response. But nope. Word to the wise, save your money and buy something WAY cheaper.

Began to tarnish almost immediately and now the back of the ring is basically red / brown instead of gold when I only were for special occasions!
So disappointed as my boyfriend brought this and they are very expensive! Will definitely not be repurchasing anything Fendi!

Materiali scadentissimi per un anello pagato 250 euro ! Dico solo che uno d’argento acquistato per 30 euro lo stesso periodo è tuttora perfetto e non mi ha creato nessun problema! PESSIMI materiali scadenti con pratiche reso pressoché inesistenti al contrario di altri loghi blasonati ma molto più seri! SCONSIGLIATO

My experience was unforgettable!! I love handbags and shoes. But I have to admit that I always buy them at Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Versace. I had never bought Fendi (although I bought (2) Fendace). I was attended by a girl who made me feel like family.Her name is Segen. She modeled the handbags, she was very sincere in what she told me. She offered us champagne and took the time to talk to me and my daughter for a while without caring about losing the opportunity to make other sales with other clients. She gave us coffee and water. I went looking for a red handbag but there was none. But I took a lime green and a strap. There was no way to leave with nothing. I was thinking about buying another one. Good thing I didn't give myself another glass of champagne!!! LOL I have been to many stores in different countries but the treatment she gave me never got it. So much so that I asked to speak to the manager to describe my experience with her. When I think of Fendi automatically comes to my mind the service she provided to me. Congratulations to such an excellent seller! I would gladly take her to work with me!!!! LOL

This was the experience my 20 year old student daughter had over Christmas
My young adult daughter’s “Christmas surprise” for her mom turned into a depressing nightmare during her interaction with the staff at the King of Prussia location. She had bought a “surprise” Christmas gift for me with her hard earned saved student money from the Fendi store at KOP. She made the purchase on 12/21/2022 & on 12/22/2022 went to the store to return it as she changed her mind to reasons best known to her. The store mgr told her that she could only get store credit or exchange. She was so disappointed with locking her money that she broke down sobbing in the store. The store manager laughed/smiled at her along with another staff at the store. She called up the customer service immediately & was told that the boutique could return the money or give store credit at the managers discretion. She heard back nothing from the store & then I called customer service & requested that Fendi return her money as she does not want to do any business with a brand that has such awful values.
Still no reply. Such a petty company to play hard ball with a student.

Qualità zero. Acquistato un paio di calzini online, economici tra l’altro 110€, e dopo un solo utilizzo di un ora neanche con delle scarpe morbidissime si sono già rovinati. La loro risposta è stata nn sono stati utilizzati in maniera giusta, magari avevo un sassolino delle scarpe.

Terrible customer service from a so called high end company. I have had an ongoing issue with a ring I bought in Greece and I have got absolutely no where. They keep promising to issue a credit note for online but it has not materialised. I would never ever buy from this company again!!

J'appréciais la marque, et j'ai collaboré avec elle lors d'expositions... c'était il y a 8 ans.
Aujourd'hui, la qualité des articles est comparable à Zara, un service client qui rechigne à remplacer les articles défectueux... mais le pire, c'est l'expérience client.
A Monaco, les employés (je ne crois pas qu'ils soient là pour vendre quelquechose) adresse à peine un "bonjour" aux clients qui rentre et continuent de parler de leurs soirées entre eux. Je n'ai jamais vu ça ailleurs...

I had the more awfully experience with the Fendi in Bal Harbour Saks, her name is Erin, my husband bought a micro purse for me in Saks in Boca, I was out the country and past 30 days want to exchange it for another purse or get a credit, never wanted my money back so the employed from Fendi they did tell me of course you just have to come when the manager is in store, so I went back and finally spoke with her, I still cant bekieve how this woman can even work from a luxury brand, she doesn't get the concept to work with this kind of brands , she tell me that that other employee couldn’t tell me that I was able to exchange it after 30 days , I did say well you tell me that I’m lying she said probably, then I tell her are rude towards me for no reazon , she said yes im because you don’t want to hear that I’m not gonna give you the credit store or exchange for another products that I was able to pay an extra money like double the price that my husband pay for the micro purse , she said to me go to Boca where you bought it they will probably do it for you because im not gonna do it, I feel so awkward and mistreated , Im Saks client for many years, and I never had the kind of experience, the woman had so much anger and im not sure she had the right training to work with customers was very unprofessional, well I went back to Fendi in Boca and I didn’t had any problem they gave me the return in 5 minutes .
I hope Fendi HR will take my review and put more attention in hired the right people .

Une honte ! Un article à 500 euros commandé, réception d'une boite vide. Le service client prétend avoir fait une enquête et que tout était conforme. Article ni renvoyé ni remboursé. Une marque à éviter absolument !
SERVICE CLIENT DÉPLORABLE
J'ai effectué une commande le 24 septembre sur le site officiel de Fendi. Avant la commande, je me suis connectée sur mon compte de Fendi et je me suis rendue compte que ma dernière commande n'est plus là (21 sept 2021). Tout de suite j'ai écrit un mail à Fendi pour avoir une facture pour ma commande précédente et j'ai reçu une accusé de réception. Bon, ça ne m'empêchait pas d'effectuer une nouvelle commande. La nouvelle commande a été bien effectuée mais cette commande n'apparaît pas dans mon compte. Encore une fois, j'ai écrit un mail à Fendi pour savoir pourquoi la commande n'apparaît pas et j'ai reçu l'accusé de réception.
Le 28 sept, j'ai reçu ma commande et je ne trouvais pas la facture dans la boîte. J'ai contacté le service client et elle n'arrête pas de me dire que je dois chercher la facture en ligne moi même. Je lui ai expliqué plusieurs fois que je ne voyais rien sur mon compte, mais elle ne m'a pas cru. Enfin, je lui ai dit que j'ai envoyé 2 mails à Fendi concernant les commandes qui n'apparaissent pas dans mon compte. Elle a insisté qu'ils n'ont reçu qu'un seul. Bah, dans ce cas pourquoi j'ai reçu 2 accusés de réception ??? Très souvent cette dame ne m'a pas laissé parler et je dois parler plus fort et non stop pour avoir une opportunité pour m'expliquer.
Enfin, elle a regardé dans son système et elle n'a pas pu m'expliquer pourquoi je ne vois pas mes commandes sur mon compte mais elle m'a dit : Madame, peut-être vous avez connecté le site d' une autre manière. De quelle manière ??? J'étais très énervée contre elle et j'ai demandé de parler avec une autre personne. Aha...ce n'est pas mieux !
Une autre agent m'a accusé que je ne suis pas connectée sur mon compte en effectuant la commande et donc, je ne peux pas voir la commande que j'ai effectuée. Pardon ??? Pour la commande précédente, elle m'a dit que Fendi a changé un nouveau système du coup c'est normal que je ne vois plus. Pardon ??? Est-ce que c'est ma faute si Fendi a changé leur système ???
Bref, avec les services clients de Fendi, il n'y pas de moyen qu'elles avouent que c'est leur faute. Elles ne laissent pas leur client parler non plus. J'ai demandé un retour à cause de leurs services. Pas de politesse du tout ! D'ailleurs, j'allais commander une écharpe de Fendi mais plus jamais j'achète un produit de Fendi !!!

The most horrific customer service ever.
My partner gifted me a two-piece swimwear that he purchased from Fendi - Sydney Queens Club store on Monday the 19th of September at 15.59 PM. Unlike two-pieces from other luxury designer brands, Fendi does not sell their top and bottom separately, not bearing in mind that human bodies comes in different sizes. Prior to this purchase, I had tried on the top in size 40 in store which fits just right, however, I wasn’t able to try on the bottom as I was on my period. As soon as my partner gifted me this item at around 17.45 PM on that same day, I immediately thought that the size 40 bottom will be too big. We went straight back to the store and explained the issue. We were assisted by two store clerks - a female (unknown name) and male name Alfredo. They unboxed the bag that was still intact with a seal. Please note, we have not open the seal, let alone have any form of physical contact with the swimwear as it was only purchased in less than 2 hours before we had realised the problem. The two store clerks explained that neither an exchange or refund will not be allowed on swimwears. Although, we understood the policy, I explained that it was an honest mistake as we had completely forgotten to think about the bottom sizing, and the fact that we have not even unbox the item that was only purchased in less that 2 hours prior to realising the mistake. We do not want a refund, we were only requesting for an exchange of the same swimwear in a smaller sizing. Alfredo kept on saying ‘no’ very rigidly, showing no signs of sympathy and compassion. He even asked me: ‘would you like to purchase a bikini that has been purchased by another customer?’, he also repeatedly mentioned that due to COVID, exchanges are not allowed and that he saw me in store a day before trying it on. I told him yes I did went in to the store and tried on the swimwear however was not able to try on the bottom due to period. It was very inappropriate that he had made me explaining this. He rudely told me to leave the store. At this point, I was extremely furious and was left in tears from the way I was unfairly treated. The frontline team members was rigidly sticking to policies, even when they make no sense in the given context. Alfredo and the other female clerk was extremely abrupt, unpleasant, unhelpful and outright incomprehensible. I would have totally accept it should the decline for an exchange took place few days post purchase, however the exchange was only requested in less than 2 hours from the time of purchase, with the item still intact within a sealed paper bag. A day later, we spoke via phone with a store manager and also to one of the customer service team from Fendi headquarters’ office in Hong Kong, had to re-explained everything and was still declined for an exchange, they had provided their company policy as an excuse without sparing a moment to review the given circumstances. As a regular purchaser of various luxury designer’s items myself, not once have I ever encountered such traumatising experience in customer service. After this horrific encounter, we will not be spending a single cent on Fendi products or step foot in Fendi stores.
Terrible after sales customer service…
Terrible after sales customer service at their flagship store in Milan, Italy. I got my husband a pair of pool slides for his birthday last July from their store in Mykonos, Greece only to find actual tears in the rubber from the sides just after month of use. We were told after they “examined “ the slides that these tears are “characteristic and not a defect”!! Are you guys at Fendi serious?? I bought many slides from high street fashion brands that lasted a lot longer than that. Not purchasing anything from Fendi again period.
