I lodged a complaint about the quality of a Fendi product. On 13 August 2022 I ordered a pair of Fendi Flo sneakers online for my husband. Less than a month later the shoes are already pulling apart... all of it. This is not due to normal wear and tear.
Up until now... no word from them... nothing.
They're happy to take your money as long as you don't complain. Never again.

My son ordered jewellery worth £598 and was sent 2 pair of earings which were for a customer in America. I contacted the customer to say we had their parcel and asked if they had received ours. No reply at all. Three month on still trying to send the earings back to Fendi and waiting on a refund. They just keep sending the wrong paperwork to send back so DHL won't take it. DHL even sent us an email to forward to Fendi. Still no refund and still have the wrong parcel

Aperto il pacchetto di cartone anonimo ci trovo dentro una shipper di cartone marchiata Fendi molto semplice e la cintura chiusa in una semplice sacchetta anti polvere. Ora, non è che pretendo una scatola tempestata di diamanti, ma per i loro prezzi esosi mi aspetto anche un servizio migliore. Bastava una semplice scatola rigida di cartone oltre alla dust bag in tessuto, dove poi poter riporre anche la cintura senza doverla buttare in un armadio assieme alle altre cose. Cosa che fanno tanti loro competitor sia per quanto riguarda le cinture che per la piccola pelletteria!consiglio di rivedere bene e prestare attenzione anche ai piccoli dettagli se non volete iniziare a vedere i vostri cari clienti dirigersi altrove

I made order N° 06404938 for 4370,-€ - fendi charge my debit card, few days later they send me email that 1 of my item from order is no longer available, so they send order without this item and they charged my card once again for 3580,-€.
I made a complaint about duplicate payment charge with FENDI CUSTOMER CARE ITALIA - where work lot of stupid mainly ukrainian girls. Without effect.
They have not returned my money to this day despite my many urgent emails and phone calls.

I ordered multiple things online, and was sent a email saying I would receive products in 8 business days . It’s been almost 3 weeks and I haven’t even received a tracking number. I call customer service and was told they started processing my order a day before I called and that I would receive it in about 2 weeks. Miscommunication and no updates , I will never order online from fendi again .

Puis ensuite, j'ai dû de nouveau échanger la bague car elle se rouille malgré aucun contact avec de l'eau.
Leurs excuses, c'est que c'est des bagues fantaisie donc c'est normal .
Mais à 250 euros la bague, je ne pense pas que cela est normal alors que chez leurs concurrents des bagues fantaisies tiennent toutes une vie.
Même des bagues à 50 euros chez Histoire d'or sont de bien meilleures qualités.
Une vrai arnaque, une marque au prix de luxe mais avec une qualité de contrefaçon.

J’ai déposé un article à réparer je n’ai jamais eu de retour malgré mes nombreux appels et relances, les différentes personnes ne prenaient pas au sérieux les dossiers et procrastinaient face à la demande. Je suis très déçue. A ce jour je n’ai toujours pas eu de nouvelles de leur part et j’ai toujours un avoir en attente.

After receiving my package and seeing that a product was missing, I called Fendi immediately and they started an investigation for the missing product. I wanted to return the other products but was asked to wait until the investigation had been closed.
Did not receive any feedback at all regarding the investigation but had to contact them myself several times.
Then they close the investigation without giving feedback or giving me any information at all and now that I have asked to return the goods because the investigation has apparently been closed, they refuse to return my goods and I am treated with a very unpleasant tone and poor service!

I had to do this review because all I've read here about Fendi; last year I've bought a bracelet and I got a mail saying my order was canceled because there were some issue with the item, I came at trust pilot and all i saw was bad reviews which creepy me out, so I managed to talk with someone at Fendi that told me that the item I bought was defective and despite being at the site was not possible, so I've choose another color and I was waiting eating my nails because I was really scared with all the bad i've read here, the bracelet came by very quickly, it was beautiful and I think I have in my arm since then, so good material and I'm so happy with it. This year I've bought again another bracelet, and as always I've came here to read if this got better, again nightmares about fendi orders, returns, no reply and so on, and i thought I must be crazy to take my chances, the bracelet came in and actually I didn't like it because of the way it opens, but entirely my fault as in the pictures was very obvious that the lock was that way, anyway I decided to return it, and then I found it complicated, no return form, we have to mail the client service, the next day no answer and I was a bit anxious thinking: oh no is now that something will go wrong, so I called the italian number and in two minutes the things was solved and they sent me the authorization to return, so at the end, I got my money after like 10 days or so. All this words to say, so far Fendi service been impeccable to me, so I have only good words about it, I hope this help people that they can work.

Big brand that doesnt deserve to be big
I bought Peekaboo bag in store from Harrods last year at July 2021. I sent my Peekaboo bag for repair at Fendi Selfridges at early Feb 2022, estimated time was 8 weeks. Not only I received 0 emails and calls about status of my bag including whether the repair is chargeable, I got told lies on week 8,9,10 and 11 that my bag is ‘on the way back to UK’. Not to mention, this is only when I present myself to Fendi Selfridges store only I get this fake info. This is week 12, I was told AGAIN my bag was only just shipped out from Italy!!!! I dont know if my bag was repaired at this stage, and the bag might already gone missing given the continuous response I got from all Fendi staff. There’s no channel for escalation, or request for replacement if the bag really gone missing. I would never purchase anything with Fendi anymore, the AfterSales is as poor as or even worst than usual street brand.

J’ai achetée à la boutique avenue Montaigne et j’ai été accueillie pas convenablement, on m’a donné un produit d’exposition car ils n’avaient même pas de stocks.

I recently purchased a bracelet for my 18th birthday, obviously I wanted to be able to keep this bracelet for a long time to remember my birthday, hence why I purchased such an expensive gift, after buying I purchased a medium which may I add I am normally a small, I wore the bracelet 3/4 times ( the bracelet is re-adjustable) I then noticed the bracelet to have a crack in and if I continued to wear this bracelet that was such rubbish quality and so easily damaged despite it was clear it would Eventually snap, the quality is worst than something from the pound shop! I so then got in contact with farfetch as that is where I purchased the fendi bracelet from and I was told it will take 3-5 to get a response from the client, which is absolutely shocking considering it takes 2 seconds to make a phone call email etc, I would not recommend, would not purchase anything from this brand again.
Not only is the quality of the item tacky, disgraceful and Urtely disappointing the customer service from both ends is unbelievably terrible.
